The Manager is a Really Nice Guy. He does a Very Good job.But the front desk Middle age lady when we checked in Was BAD. Our carpet was veey dirty. And Smelled of Carpet Fresh. Which Im Intolerant to. I asked for a different room. Was told the place was OLD. And it could not be helped. The carpets could NOT Be Cleaned. I called her out on that. The spots in my room. Could come out. Looked like coke.And I booked 3rd party and was she NOT ALLOWED to change rooms! I called her out on that too. I finally gave up. As She WAS NOT giving an inch! So I sneezed snd blew my nose and had sinus issues for 2 nites. 1 trash can in the room Was FULL! Our friends Room Was FINE! My issue with this stay Was The fact that no customer service from the front desk about the issue. Manager said How can I make it Right for you? Which was NICE. UPON Checking out! I said all is ok. Just talk to your People about Customer Service! Nice Breakfast bar. The rest of the room wad Clean! Just The Carpet!

The room was ready for customers. The A/C was on and the room was very cool and comfortable. Apparently my room had been recently renovated!

The first room they put us in was dirty. The bathroom wasnever cleaned. There was no toilet paper whatsoever that you could find in that bathroom next room they put us in that it was at least clean that’s about it.

The stay was wonderful they are very nice there they helped me out to check in when I arrived at 3:30AM. My reservation was cancelled because of the time it was in the morning the reservation canceled but Rachel that was working Wednesday night into Thursday morning was so nice she got us into a room and put us in a pool side room got us checked in very fast also! Everyone there was very nice and helpful! I would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this place to definitely stay at! The price is great as well!

The price is good. The room was clean. The Bar was nice and the bar tender was great. The A/C was not working in the bar. I liked the breakfast.

Everything went well. Room and hallways were clean, a/c was very efficient, breakfast was substantial. Stayed here before - always a positive experience!

This place was better than we expected. After reading reviews I almost changed to a different hotel, but we didnt and everything was fine. The front desk person was very welcoming. The room was clean and didnt smell at all. The bed was really comfortable. The bar/lounge was a nice place to sit and have a drink. There were pool tables and games but we didnt actually play. Breakfast was the typical hotel breakfast. Belgian waffle maker, assorted pastries, cereal and scrambled eggs and potatoes served buffet style. Our only complaint was not the fault of the hotel at all. The room next to ours on the second night was occupied by what sounded like several small children. Waking up before 6 am wasnt my plan but the noise from the neighbors made it impossible to sleep. I would definitely stay here again. It was a good value.

At around midnight I asked the staff if they would ask the party to quiet down. I was again woken up by the same loud individuals at 3 am. We paid for a pet friendly room and we couldn't breathe from the moment we stepped inside. It smelled so bad like pet urine, the phone was missing pieces, the refrigerator handle was broken, the carpet was stained. It was HORRIBLE! The only thing that went right is they didn't question us when we asked for our money back to go stay somewhere else.
