Nice renovated room and bathroom. Could use some touch ups in the bathroom.

Computer was glitching on check in and I had to swipe my credit card multiple times for the deposit. Checked my statements after and I was indeed charge 2 times deposit, due to this glitch.

Mattress was uneven so that when you slept you leaned to one side causing discomfort. Whe I explained this to the front desk attendant in the morning he simply said they would look at it but no reconciliation was offered if they discovered that it was a bad mattress.

The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were amazing. So was the shower.
The TV was not plugged in, and the microwave had to be unplugged to plug in the TV. Once plugged in, it DID NOT WORK. Although the TV was not essential, it was part of the package that was paid for. No solution was offered for the 3 day stay.
The breakfast was adequate, but a whole grain bread option would have been appreciated.

All was good except there was no mention of continental breakfast on my itinerary nor did the desk clerk mention it so we missed seeing it until we had already eaten elsewhere.

The hotel sell package with breakfast but the dinette area is so small that it can't accommodate the guest. More so there no one managing the dinner area to make sure we have enough stuff..other than that all is good.

It was walking distance to the waterfront which was nice, but overall the building looked run down and some doors didn’t work. You could not drive up to the front door as they had pylons there. There was no accessible entrance, every entrance had a step to get inside.
