People screaming till 3am, poop smeared on the bathroom wall and a cost of 4 times the regular rate per night…this place sucks.

Not a good location esp in the evening. There were a lot of homeless and shady folks around that area and by the property. I wish I can give it negative stars but 1 star is generous already as is.

Floor material was peeling off, shower activator did not work, the room wrecked of cigarette smell(even though it was a non-smoking room). No one offered us another room in spite of us addressing the shower issue. I was offered a discount only after the ordeal. Property manager should do better.

Close to the freeway so a little loud.

Our stay here was very good! The hotel is very close to the river where we stayed! The cleaning of the room was bad there was spoiled food inside the microwave, and the floor of the room is damaged this may not be safe! The employees are great, especially the girls in the office!

Stood out in the cold in a sketchy area for an hour while other people were checking in. It should not take over 20 mins to check someone into their room, especially when they have a reservation. When I finally got to the window to tell the worker I had a reservation for the night and they told me they have no more rooms available. Even though I had booked a reservation earlier that day. I was so upset they then told me the had 1 room left. The room had a busted smoke detector, no bolt lock and lights that did not work. Oh and nothing but a sheet of the hard bed. Just all around one of the worst experiences I've had at a hotel.

We only reserved and paid for this room because they advertised as pet friendly however they denied our stay because we have bully mixes . We have not received a refund and Expedias enail is bouncing back to us. We had a horrible place trying to find another place to stay and this was late at night after a full day of driving

The bed was so uncomfortable and the staff was rude the room smelled like bleach to the point it burned my eyes and it felt like I was honestly in jail with the gate

The room got the job done. It was clean, had the basics wish they had more blancket and better pillows but i knew where i booked. The best thing i liked about it was that it was gated, and cameras all over so i could rest easier knowing there wasnt riff raff going on in the parking lot at night. The staff was very helpful.
