Im a Vip costumer and i never received any benefits, they also charged me $26 for an extra person I think thats way too much

A very nice hotel which offered spotless rooms and an excellent value for my dollar, including a free breakfast, in-room coffee, excellent free WiFi and good tv reception. My room enjoyed a spectacular view of the City skyline.
The outdoor patio light and the room safe did not work.
I was a bit disappointed that I was advised by staff that there were not any pizza or casual dining options within walking distance, nor a taxi stand in the area for visiting friend to catch a taxi to return to his home. (The closest taxi stand was referenced as being in a problemed area.)
