Hotel is literally right next to Burger King, Waffle House, Country Inn Suites Hotel, Holiday Inn, Best Western Plus. Also, Baymont Inn & Suites is nearby. There’s an emergency walk in clinic: HCA Lake Jackson. Hotel is next to a major road leading to I-10. Bathroom is kind of small. There are coffee machine (never used), hair dryer, ironing board, iron, microwave, small fridge, internet with cable TV. There’s a pool. The hotel seems to be frequented by working class people. A paid wash and dryer are on site (did not use). Breakfast was basic: coffee, creme, oat meal, orange, apple juice, cereal, coffee cream, milk, bagel, banana and tangerine. Dry wall and bathroom faucet may not be in good shape. A snack, soda & chips, ice machine are also on site. Overall, the receptionist staffs were courteous and professional. The hotel owner need to do a better job with the drywall. It is worth pointing out that the hotel room will smell a little funky when first entered. It is because they leave the AC off. Once you turn the AC on and settle down, the smell will dissipate.

The management was very friendly. However, the property could have been cleaner. At this price point I guess you get what you pay for.

Didn’t like leaving a $100 deposit, then the next morning having to wait while they checked the room. Then, they gave me back 5 $20 bills instead of a $100 bill like I had given them. Will avoid Quality inns in the future!

The rooms smelled horribly, and the customer service really sucks. I wouldn't even tell my worst friend to stay there.
