This place is so nice and clean. Comes fully furnished with all the things you will need. My family and I have stayed twice already and have really enjoy our stay each time.

Our stay overall was amazing. Rhonda was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The door lock on our unit had some issues and was not able to be programmed. This caused us to have to use a key, which was no issue or inconvenience to us. The refrigerator could have been a little cleaner, again this was not a big deal to us at all, nothing that would have been considered “dirty”. The cottage was cutely decorated and we were able to walk across the road to the bay. As previously mentioned in other reviews.The misquotes were overwhelming in the area, but it was every where and we didn’t notice any upon entering the cottage.The beach itself seemed to be geared towards fishing, so we opted to take the short drive to Corpus Christi North Beach. Overall we had a great weekend in the cottage and will definitely stay again in the future.

Nice, quiet spot across the street from the beach. Response from property manager was quick and the whole experience was easy! Definitely will use this place on our next trip to Rockport.

Great place for us and grandkids. Meagan was very accommodating to our changing schedule and made everything easy. Would definitely stay here again.

It was great. Place was excellent and very clean. Dishes. Towels. All the simple things that matter. We got in late and the lady answered our call right away. I’m definitely gonna go back.

This was a girls weekend and this place never disappoints. Great communication with Rhonda and place is always clean.

Very clean, kitchen was supplied to cook a meal, if you want to. Good supply of bath towels. Fridge was nice and clean. Living room was comfy as well as the bed. Close to the shops and fishing pier. The beach was about a 5 minute drive. Not many restaurants to choose from in Rockport so I would advise to take some snacks or there is an HEB to shop. Just bring your own laundry soap if you wanna do a load of laundry. They work well and we’re clean as well. Definitely staying here again.

When we booked the 2bd we did not know it would be upstairs because of my elderly mother was with us. The unit was not that clean as far as blinds were dusty, fan pulls were dusty, drawers with kitchen supplies were not clean. The unit was fine for 3 adults and supplied very well. The smoke alarm in 1st bedroom started beeping at 2am and even after removing the battery it continued beeping all night. Communication with the property manager was excellent and easy to get in touch with. The property manager was very accommodating when we requested to stay an extra night.

bed was not a queen, like we thought, and the AC is very noisy.
