I’ve been all over the world. I always stay at 5 star hotels. This hotel is definitely in the same class as The Plaza in NYC and The Grand Qusissana in Capri Island. The staff was exceptional, our room was spotless. I’ll definitely stay at Intercontinental Warsaw again.

Nice big breakfast, needed to ask for shower mat because shower floor was too slippery. Good location. Didn’t use pool or exercise room

They charged me dry cleaning, but washed laundry items instead, returned damp and musty. I discussed with assistant front desk manager who did nothing about. He did not even offer apoligy or solution. I also expliained that housekeeping laundry delivery person ignored do not disturb sign, only to have happen next day again. I informed this same manager at check out and he cut me off by saying it did not happen. I guess without investigation he decided to call me liar. So rude and unprofessional

Excellent stay for a business and please combination. The hotel club lounge is a fantastic add on, if you have to manage many meetings and get a quick refreshments in between travelling with children. Our highest recommendation.

Very good stay. Nice view from the 34th floor. Good location near train station and shopping mall. Breakfast was very good, but a bit too busy / crowded.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in August. The best location! We were able to walk to and from the Taylor Swift concert which was so easy and fantastic! The buffet breakfast was so delicious. And the rooftop pool is fun! Great super tall hotel with a super helpful staff.

Very close to the train station makes this a convenient stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. We loved finishing up our day at the pool/spa with the city view.
