It was a pretty average motel. It was conveniently located and in walking distance to some very good restaurants. It was also the least expensive place I stayed during my trip to Vancouver Island. My main complaint was that the mattresses were not very comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and was cheerful upon arrival. The property is convenient to everything and facing the harbour is awesome!

We've stayed here several times passing through Campbell River. If you want some entertainment in the evening, grab a drink and walk across to the boat launch across the street....lol. The staff (owners?) are so nice and accommodating. There's dining options within walking distance and a great waterfront walkway right across the road. Will stay again in the future.

The only redeeming thing about this place is that it very clean and the beds are comfortable. No proper seating and the everything else is too old.

Easy access, clean, owner on site,. We were on the second floor which offers a wonderful ocean view. Reasonable rates. I would stay there again.

Average hotel with a stunning view, but you had to go outside to see it as it was across from the ocean. The buildings are a bit run down, but the rooms are okay and appear clean. It's a nice place to stay if you just need a place to sleep.
