Great property, on the same street as train station. Great little bar with the best ambience of Zetmatt. We travel a lot and this is a very good hotel to stay at! Super impressed, nothing was too much to ask. The FOC breakfast and wellness centre an absolute delight!

My room was not good . I had requested front . This room air freshness issue. Opened the window and could not sleep due to noise all both night . Breathing in room was tough .my friends were at the same time who booked directly and cheaper than me had better room . I will never book thru booking .com again. Staff was excellent but this was not good experience and my wife got sick in this room due yo breathing problems.

But ask for a hotel room away from the street. Our room was facing the street and the tourists were loud up till 2:00 am and the early morning work in the town started at 6:00 am. So basically, we just could not sleep at night. I loved the hotel but unfortunately had a bad experience.

The hotel’s location is perfect, just a 5-6 minute walk from the main train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Despite its central location, the hotel maintains a peaceful and cozy ambiance that is perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our accommodations were superb, featuring thoughtful amenities like robes, slippers and additional pillows. We also had a spa access, but sadly did not have time to use it. The room setup was ideal for our family, with two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing ample space and privacy for us and our two sons ( balcony facing the street). The attention to detail in the room’s amenities truly enhanced our comfort. Waking up to a delicious breakfast in the morning was another highlight of our stay. The variety and quality of the food provided a perfect start to our day of exploring Zermatt. One of the most delightful aspects of our stay was the stunning view from our room, overlooking the charming center street. The main street of Zermatt is picturesque, bustling with shops and a diverse array of restaurants. We enjoyed strolling down the street, discovering new dining options and indulging in the local culture. Our experience @ The Pollux was fantastic

Fabulous hotel. Perfectly situated, with a choice of restaurants within and more within walking distance. Easy to reach from the train station and ideal for a visit to the Matterhorn. We had a fabulous meal in the Pinte restaurant and enjoyed drinks on the outside terrace. Great view from our room and the room was amazing. Had everything I needed and was super modern. Staff were really friendly and accommodating too. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I am so lucky.

We loved our time at the Pollux! We stayed here for a few nights as a part of a longer trip and all agreed that the Pollux was our fav. The breakfast was wonderful, the sauna was much needed and used daily and the convenient amenities saved us a trip to the store more than once
