For the way the property looked we expected a better breakfast and Sunday we waited for almost an hour just to eat breakfast they were not there prepared at all and our room ac did not work at all even after I asked for help.

It was a nice stay. Everything was so clean, felt comfortable and the whole hotel smelled amazing!! The staff was sweet and the breakfast was delicious. I definitely recommend this place out of all the hotels in ruidoso. This was our first time and it wont be our last.

I was surprised and disappointed for the extra $20 I had to pay. The clerk said it was a fee for booking thru Expedia. I have been booking thru Expedia for over 15 years and I have never been charged an extra fee. She said next time i should Book directly thru the hotel and we won’t be charged. None of it made sense. I won’t be staying there again. But I will say our room was clean and the hotel was quiet.

The outside doesnt look to appealing, but the inside was very nice. The pool was good, the hot tub was really good. They had a decent hot breakfast and the staff was excellent.

We loved our stay at Elevate! We stayed three nights in a suite with two queen beds and a separate living area. It was spacious, clean, and very nice. Beds were comfy, pool was great, and there were a few games to play in the lobby. Breakfast was consistently good, with many options. Staff was great and very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

Booked through Hotels.com. price was very low, Elevate overbooked then tried to substitute inferior hotel with few amenities for the same price. Best Western Plus is across the street with much better view and rooms. All the positive reviews must be faked, very poor curb appeal and fake reviews.

Room was not very clean, long walk to bathroom from where the pullout sofa is. Breakfast was meh. Bathroom was very small. Beds weren't great. Couldn't get the ac to actually function correctly. Pool needed cleaning and repainting. Hot tub was fine.
