Every time I make a hotel reservation thru Expedia I get the worst room the hotel has. And this time it was the same thing. First, the check in it took over an hour to get a room. They need it to get paid first by Expedia. Then I was giving a noise room on the second floor. it seems the hotel air conditioning system was outside the room. I asked for another room and Francisco gave me a room facing the local bars. The loud music didn’t stop until 5am. We got out of the hotel a left at 6am. Horrible place.

The prpoerty is nice🙃...very secure. There's a security guard 24/7. The restaurant has a good menu and the service is excellent. Hot water, the elevator, the house keepers and AC worked well all the time. Great downtown location. Plan to do your activities early. At night many bars open and that brings a different scenario, overall, I would stay there again, I do recommendations it.

As we say in the business: Location, Location, Location. This hotel is extremely well situated. Street that are people only abound. Stores and stores. Restaurant even if not great ones. The zocalo is 2 street corners away. You are in the center of the center. This hotel has everything: food, bar, reception. I enjoyed this trip at this hotel.

I’m make my booking for two rooms, on my Expedia app apear the two room. At the hotel only apear one room, the room had an unpleasant odor, and hair in the shower

Front desk charged us even though we prepaid for the room. I did not remember because it was a multiple stop trip, so I paid.Staff was horrible, Mariana needs A LOT of training. Room smells like cigarettes because people smoked in the room and left the cigarette butts by the window.Mattress was old, towels smelled like smoke too. Nobody seems to know what is going on. The only area in which the hotel was excellent, was the friendly and very helpful waiter at the breakfast. I will hire him any day!!!!

Decent economic hotel. I appreciated the air conditioning as the city was very hot and humid. I’m traveling with 2 small dogs and the hotel was very accommodating. I didn’t care for the city if Villahermosa, very dirty and not pet friendly. Naturally, I spent all my time in the hotel.

The property was noisy but not terrible. The bathroom smelled and there was a sense of insecurity in the entire city.

Good choice considering their accesible rates. Room is small but comfortable enough. Friendly staff and a decent restaurant.

On arrival, the room we were given was located right off the main street with lots of street noise in our room. On our request, we were moved to a quieter location with no problems. We were given 2 bottles of water every morning and there was a large water jug in the hallway to refill your water bottles also. Wifi was good, plenty of hot water, bed was comfortable, A/C worked well, also free secure parking. We were with in walking distance of eating establishments, a Soriana was very close. Taxi transportation was easy and only cost 30 pesos no matter where we went. We spent on day at La Venta (60 mi. away which we took our motorcycle to). Very interesting. The staff were all helpful and accommodating.

Very noisy all night long. We are handicapped and it took a long time to get help with the luggage. A lot of steps. Not good for older people.
