Everything was good but unfortunately there was this worker who was living next door in room 304 and i was in room 305 who was rude and

It was nice and self contained, the staff were really friendly. A bit noisy being right next to a school playground and the wifi was a bit sporadic, other than that, very good

The staff at the hotel is extremely rude and downright racist. The breakfast was ordinary and the staff was unwilling to provide items that had gotten over. My child wanted jam and they were not ready to give us a sachet from the kitchen. We went ahead and bought breakfast every morning from outside!
The rooms were not cleaned sufficiently and they didn't even refill the soap containers (even after multiple requests).
Would not recommend staying here.

We stayed 2 nights in this apartment and I would highly recommend it. It was very comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen. The location was outstanding. We were about 10 min far from the Underground . the breakfast was good. The hotel staffs were very responsive and easy to access, the rooms were very clean and soft beds. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Frankfurt.

Very large and clean room, comfortable bed and not noisy. Also in a great location nearby to many restaurants and a 10-15 min walk to the Romer area of Frankfurt.

Yes works being done to the exterior of the hotel. Room was fantastic. Stayed at the Ramada the week before which was the same price and terrible in comparison.

Don't expect amenities. You have to leave the hotel to eat. Right next to a children's school so during school time it is a bit noisy outside.
You must be able to carry bags up or down one flight of stairs so be prepared.
Room was clean. Breakfast was definitely decent. Again no amenities but a quick walk away from everything.

enjoyed our 2 night stay. suite was good size and clean. the location was really nice since we we're not in a busy area but was close enough to walk to the Christmas market & the other shopping areas. breakfast was included & it was not the usual frozen & reheated items. would have been better if we did not have problems opening our room door. they still use the old fashion key & it required some unusual twisting. hotel is about 30euros ride from the airport. I'd stay here again.

Great location for sightseeing in Frankfurt. Hotel provided very good breakfast. Really everything we needed for our stay...but wish there was a full length mirror or even a 3/4 one somewhere in the apt.

Good location and neighbour...3-5 mins walk to underground. A few more minutes to shopping area. A mini supermarket is also nearby.
