The property is in a need of a bit of TLC. While our room was clean and tidy, the room fit outs were quite old. The toilet in our apartment had a lot of paint peeling off the roof. The curtains in all the rooms weren't large enough to completely cover the windows and the additional blankets in the cupboards in the second bedroom had a few holes in them. We were positioned at the front of the property, and the front gate is quite noisey when closing. The self check in kiosk was not working when we arrived, so we were lucky that there was someone in another apartment near the front gate when we arrived that assisted us in accessing the property.

Sofa was dated, damaged and extremely uncomfortable

This is a great little gem, the parking is tight for bigger cars and utes though.

I only stayed one night prior to a trip but wish I’d have stayed longer. Super comfy bed. A lovely little stay, so clean with everything I would need. Owner was very chill and helpful, would deffo stay again if I return. The only issue is I rely heavily on wifi as my phone doesn’t get great signal (thanks Vodafone) and the wifi wasn’t great.

Sometimes there was water in the bathroom hand basin and other times not. I left a phone message asking for a ground floor apartment because my husband is blind and doesn't handle stairs very well. There was no response to my message and we were given a upstairs apartment!

Fantastic location and easy to access. Everything you could need in the very clean rooms. Only complaint was a bit too much “bleach smell” which stayed for the 2 days. Better than a dirty space but overwhelming at times.

Good for overnight stay, no longer. Wi-Fi was non existent in our room.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. We stayed for our anniversary. The room we had was so spacious with a full kitchen. It was very quiet which we loved and parking was right next to our room undercover.

It was a lovely room, the bed was super comfy and the customer service from the staff was next level. I was able to walk to cafes and restaurants and across the road to the beach. It is gated so feels very secure leaving your car under a covered carport. I would definitely stay again.

We had a two bedroom upstairs apartment and loved it. The property is old and worn but perfectly clean and functional. It had everything we needed for our stay, is very secure and is close to the beach (across the road!) and shops/dining. The check in kiosk was easy to use by following the instructions and email we received a few days before our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

The most comfortable bed/mattress and pillow I have ever slept on.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, right opposite beach, easy walking to places, place was clean, comfortable, easy check in and lady looking after place was lovely.

Ground level Room 6 at end of building was right next to cleaner’s storage room and pool entrance. Bedroom overlooked pool. In summer there would be no privacy. Although the kitchen and bathroom had been renovated, slats on Venetian blinds were either broken or missing. Another privacy issue. Premises were old and grounds untidy. Location good.

Nice apartment, good shower, separate toilet, good bed. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, seat needs serious repair (support is broken) or the couch replacement. The apartment looses one star for that, but otherwise it was pleasant and good value for money. Lot's of restaurants and coffee shops and beach close by.

The apartment although very outdated was clean with very basic facilities. The bed was comfortable. The furniture was extremely uncomfortable as the cane seats had collapsed and felt unsafe to sit on. The TV's were not very good as they did not have the terrestrial channels. Wifi was unstable and kept dropping out.

Great space for a family that allowed us the space to be comfortable while away from home with all the creature comforts of a kitchen, living room etc.

Coconut Palms is well located: across the road from the beach, and easy walking (for active walkers) to many options, including major shopping. A wide range of food outlets are nearby (easy walking).

There was everything you needed in a walkable distance. The room we stayed in was well presented and very neat and tidy.

Although it was the upper floor apartment it wasnt that bad on the stairs, had a full kitchen large bathroom 2 seperate bedrooms both with smart tvs comfortable beds crisp white sheets, right on esplanade great spot easy walk to everything and honestly it was great value for money we will definitely stay here again.
