We have previously stayed at this hotel without issue. It is clean. Jist dont let them put you in room 218. It's right next to the elevator so it makes noise and you hear the breakfast crowd.starting at.6am

I showed for my reservation at the Hilton Inn express in cape Girardeau Mo, and was told that my reservation had been cancelled. The property said to take it up with Expedia. I contacted you but because the prompts were SO FAST, I could not keep up and my chat and phone call were cancelled. My iternary number was 72850963432875. They said that I had been refunded for this reservation, however the Holiday Inn Express blamed it on Expedia and Expedia blamed it on Holiday Inn. I have copies of my reservation and the receipt which now gives a zero balance. I just had driven 19 hours only to find out I didn’t have a reservation and they were full! Needless to say I am very angry. I was called back and told that they had had a cancellation, so we have a room thankfully. This passing the buck is completely unprofessional and I still don’t know what happened. I want to make sure I only paid for this room once and that I be compensated for the emotional stress this has caused me.

My stay was great: the staff and facilities were top notch. My only issue...the bed was just a little too soft for my back. Perhaps a few rooms with firmer mattresses are a possibility? Many thanks

Easy check-in, good breakfast, nearby to restaurants. We have kids, so the second queen bed and convertible soft were well utilized. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice staff. Clean room that overlooked the pool. Clean big pool. Cookies and milk after 8 and a wonderful hot breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Hotel - Clean Rooms - Great Breakfast Buffet - Friendly Staff. Only thing that could be a little better was the temperature of the ‘heated’ indoor pool.

I've stayed here before but this time I wished I hadn't. $175 for our night and noise was coming from everywhere..... outside....next rooms over....hallways..... hallways above. Told the desk about the noise and she smiled and said "yeah". For whatever reason the breakfast food quality was not good. The trash cans inside and outside were overflowing. The good thing is that there are plenty of food options near by and it's directly off the highway.

The A/C didn’t cool the room off until the next morning. The king bed was lumpy and very very soft! The window blind torn. The breakfast was cold and we were having breakfast half hr after opening which told us the food wasn’t warm when brought out. Not good for $153
