They upgraded my room to a sea view! It was lovely waking up to that! Staff was very accommodating to my request for a late checkout. The restaurant and room service had delicious food. I enjoyed the day relaxing at the pool.

Horrible Experience - Unresponsive, Rude, and Discriminatory My week-long stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. It's been over a week since I checked out, and I'm still waiting for my incidental deposit to be returned. Despite multiple attempts to contact the hotel, I've been completely ignored. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service is appalling. But that’s not even the worst part. The staff at this hotel are some of the rudest and most unwelcoming people I’ve ever encountered. The main receptionist was downright hostile, and a woman from the health and wellness department was no better. Their attitudes were clearly discriminatory, and it felt like they had a problem with guests who aren’t locals or who look different. The blatant prejudice and lack of respect were shocking and made me feel uncomfortable throughout my entire stay. This hotel is a disgrace. They clearly don’t care about their guests, and the discriminatory behavior of the staff is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone—especially if you expect to be treated like a human being. Save yourself the frustration and stay far away from this place.

It was a fantastic hotel! Absolutely stunning and all of the staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast was really good as it was buffet! Also had a indoor and outdoor pool which was amazing! Overall 10/10!!

Very beautiful hotel nice staff , kuzey in reception was very helpful and helped us to smooth check in , mojdeh in spa and wellness was fantastic she was the only one in spa which could speak English perfectly and she offered all available packages and promotions I definitely recommend her , mehmet bey in hair salon was also very professional and polite , I had hair highlight and hair cut with him which did great job and my mother had hair cratenin was also great. Moreover great breakfast,we will definitely come back to this hotel🙏
