We upgraded to an ocean view and were put in a suite on the Pent house level on the 17th floor. It isn't a new hotel but, The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with amazing sweeping views of the beach and the Cartagena skyline from the deck. My only complaint is that drinks at the bar and food in the restaurant couldn't be charged to the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Tried to add phots but was not able.

The Hotel Dann lived up to and exceeded its reputation of a great hotel.
The staff is what makes this place the best hotel in Cartagena. Add easy access to the beach from the pool and you have the best of both worlds.
Breakfast and lunches that were had at the hotel never disappointed. The room was spacious and very clean.
And if you can, get a room with ocean view. It's breathtaking.
Thanks to all the staff who made this hotel experience a great one.

I paid a lot for this room. The ceiling was leaking water, and the bathroom floor was just full of water from the dripping. I called, and they didn’t offer me a new room. They had someone come look at it, and he moved the thermostat a little, but it kept leaking all night. The AC did not work either.

Loved our stay. The staff was all very friendly! When we had a problem the staff at the main desk was always able to help us. The pool was well maintained and very enjoyable. Our only thought would be more umbrellas around the pool! The week we were there, they had a guy cleaning the outside of the building. It was very fascinating to watch, however, when we went back up to our room we had puddles inside our room, by the windows and door!!
It was a fun stay. It is always hard to book a vacation online not really knowing the area or hotels. I was really happy with our choice!!

The furniture and the condition of the room is very poor, literally broken furniture, the rooms are not cozy, the reception area are not helpful, the check-in time is 3:00 pm and they promise me they will give me earlier, but they didn't. Overall the people are kind but very hard-headed, they will do whatever they are told to do, they don't understand or care the client's situation, whether I will stay again, I doubted very much.

The breakfast was great the beach is right front of the hotel. The staff nice and friendly. The airport was like 25 minutes away. Even Getsamani and the wall of Cartagena.

Hotel was great, walking around the hotel may be difficult if it rains since laguito area gets really flooded, but the hotel it self was very clean, breakfast was on point, my only complaint will be the room was small for all the furniture in it, very little space to walk around. I highly recommend the one hour massage! For that price is totally worth it.

Great stay, so grateful to front desk for letting me check in early! Room looks right at the beach and very clean. Nice selection with free breakfast. I went back to restaurant and bought dinner which was tasty as well.

I loved being able to just walk across to the beach. And the staff was so friendly. My family and I had a great experience. Oh and you don’t have to go far for things you might need, almost everything is walking distance. Definitely recommend to others .

This was a perfect end to a busy Colombia trip! The hotel surpassed all my expectations. My room was spacious with a fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean - the perfect place to have my morning coffee or watch the sunset. The staff were attentive & kind including making sure I safely got to the airport at 3am! I loved lounging by the pool as there were plenty of deck loungers & everything was so clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel was in a safe area & I felt comfortable walking around as a solo female. I highly recommend this hotel - it was way better than the 5 star hotel I spent in the walled part of town!

The staff especially Miguel at the front desk was very helpful and friendly . The pool was nice. The rooms could get an upgrade especially the bathroom..shower heads were clogged up making the water run poorly and toilet seat kept falling down. The hotel was ok in general
