Everything snout this property is top notch. The rooms are modern and cozy. We brought our little dog and they were so friendly and accommodating to him. They got us an early checkin without a hassle. The French restaurant is top notch and made an amazing room service meal. The location has everything you need from shopping, bars, restaurants, sports venues. Excellent property.

The room itself was great. Amazing city view. Clean. Good bed. I went to Reynard Social on the 6th floor for 20 minutes. Paid for my one drink via Apple Pay (which was pricy but fine). Then left. Upon arriving home I noticed that my destination fee which was $30 per night ($90 total) seemed odd since the total billed to my card was $180. I had asked for my receipt to be mailed as I check out which they did not do. Glad I checked my credit card, because the $180 charge was incorrect and when I asked, they said, oh well we charged you for your Reynard Social visit. I asked how that was possible since I paid for my one drink via Apple Pay. I never gave the bartender my room number, so this is ridiculous. I am still awaiting to be credited for the errant $90 someone charged to my room. Overall the room is great, but check your receipt upon check-out because they do not have a good process.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough for anyone’s stay in Denver. Everyone was so lovely and the rooms were gorgeous, spacious, and clean. I look forward to staying again in the future 💜

Given this is a VIP access property there was no acknowledgment from staff upon check in. No late check out. No upgraded room. There was supposed to be a champagne reception on arrival. Rooftop bar opened too late (5pm). It’s a nice hotel with cool furniture and trendy vibe. Lighting in bathroom was dark/poor and the steamer in the room didn’t work.

I didn’t like the extra destination charge

For two straight nights the lights turned on and off due to an electrical issue with the hotel. The technician who came offered an extension cord because using Apple plugs drew too much charge for their wall plugs. I declined the extension cord choosing instead to simply unplug everything from the walls. THIS DID NOT SOLVE THE ISSUE!!!! The assistant manager, Chris Angel, has informed me that this became my fault though since I didn't accept the extension cord even though I unplugged all items from the wall. Chris has further informed me that though there is a front manager to the hotel, this individual does not speak with guests and does not have an email address or phone number that can be used to speak with him.

Very good experience! Hotel is lovely and a great location. Staff was very nice (Jalen and Ike were both outstanding!). The restaurant and lounge options are fabulous! Loved the social club ambiance and the views! Room was a little snug but fine for a night or two, and we did not have a view. The only real negative was the overwhelming scent in our room. I know all nice properties are into their “scent” but our room was overpowered by the smell, and it is reminiscent of men’s cologne which can be harsh if you are sensitive to smells. Also, a heads up that there is no dedicated parking for the hotel and that guests should just take advantage of the valet would have been helpful in advance.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our stay, and the hotel was very clean and well kept. We unfortunately were placed in a room directly beneath a pool table at the rooftop bar, so from 5pm-11pm all we heard was the sound of pool balls dropping and people walking in heels. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

only complaint was that we had a room on the 2nd floor that looked at the AC mechanical equipment..........but we weren't really in the room that much.

We got charged $5.12 for duel coffee breakfast. Not sure what that's about?

I asked for a room upgrade and they said it was available but I would have to pay since I booked through Expedia. Really disappointing because when I booked on the Expedia site it said that was part of the VIP access.

Excellent staff and facilities. Valet is expensive but super convenient and the valet drivers are all awesome.

It’s a great hotel. I think a hotel of that caliber and price should have bellmen to help with luggage and also coffee service in the morning. The coffee shop is expensive, crowded and one day the coffee was more like tea. Not good. Overall it’s a great hotel. The food is amazing!
