It was ok; the hotel did not entertain my tax exemption (being a diplomat), secondly they also don’t offer a customary free water bottles in the room

The property is in the city close to everything. The valet cost was worth every dime. The hotel was clean well organized and upscale! The nightly cost was very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again!!!

Nice hotel, breakfast was average but good, lots of bars and res in the area. Pool was freezing, couldnt enjoy it at all. Staff was great and room had lots and lots of amenities.

My stay was short, however the hotel met my expectations: valet parking, near restaurants. Safe location to walk after dark. Breakfast was good, many options. Bedroom quiet, clean, bathroom well provided with towels, soap, etc.

This was my 2nd time staying at this hotel and I continue to pick this hotel over others because, of the great service, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of room and the hospitality. It’s also super close to activities and restaurants.

Room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful! Outside street noise was bad. We were on the 11th floor facing the road. Somewhat typical for large city downtown hotels. Location was convenient for downtown activities. The valet parking staff was great!

The neighborhood doesn't seem safe at night.

Clean property, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Right in the center of downtown Dallas. Lots of dinning options nearby

Location is great, close to everything, walking distance as well. Sheets and towels had stains, requested new, the new sheets were clearly laundered but still had multiple stains.

It was in a convenient location to all of the restaurants that we wanted to try. Very clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The only thing that i didn’t like about my stay was the bad smelll come from the right side of my bed. it have a pungent smell of wet laundry that have not been dry.

The property is close to Love field airport. It is close to all the tourist attractions in downtown Dallas. The hotel is clean and the staff are nice and friendly.

Nice room with desireable amenities. Didnt like the street. The were an uncomfortable number of homeless people. It was diry from nearby construction and busy. I did self park which i wouldnt do again.

There were no sheets for the sofa bed but Guest Services was prompt to bring some up. Then the air conditioning stopped working in my room. After waiting a few hours on Maintenence, Guest Services moved me to another room. Other than that, the rooms where clean and met my purposes.
