Nice B&B. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The home was immaculate and breakfast was great. Enjoyed the peace and quiet.

This was a really cute place to stay! Our only downside is it is right off the interstate and the road noise was pretty loud and consistent all night. But the staff were wonderful, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was great!

Was a really cool place to stay that felt safe and like being at home while away! They made us breakfast each morning which was amazing and they provide a comfortable and unique staying situation!

This is our second stay and it won't be our last! Luke and Pedro made sure that our stay was comfortable and we love the made to order breakfast! They also provide helpful recommendations on places close to the house. Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Such a unique experience! Beautifully exquisite home with a warm welcome from both Luke and Pedro. Loved the personal touches they both made to create an enjoyable stay; from the beginning courtesy call to the breakfast call to the “Your breakfast is ready” text. The breakfast omelette with homemade salsa was delicious. Stayed in the Guatemala Loft. Very comfortable and spacious with a private bathroom and great views from each of the windows. So many antiques and artwork by Luke to look at. Will be coming back for sure!!!

It was far enough away from downtown for it to be quiet, but close enough to be able to walk to everything. The history and artifacts of the place made my stay interesting and the gardens made it restful. Wonderful place to stay.

Quaint and cool/hip B&B. Luke and Pedro treat you like family! The breakfasts are so yummy! We stayed in the Deco Room which has a small balcony. All rooms have their own baths. The house was built in the 1880s and is filled with art from everywhere you look. Now remember it is an old house so no elevators, no individual AC in the rooms etc. it makes up for that with style, personal service etc.!! You can walk to a lot of the downtown areas like the Freight District!! Highly recommend and we are planing to return!

Wonderful service beautiful cultural experience old artifacts throughout and one of the hosts was a beautiful artist who’s work is placed throughout the bnb great service loved feeling at home on their porch only issue I would forewarn is there’s no access to drinks def prepare they do offer two complimentary waters but if you’re like us camels you’ll need to stock the fridge upon arrival bc there’s no convenience store all that nearby- we actually DoorDashed drinks bc I didnt Realize that and if you’re arriving early definitely call ahead so they expect you I didnt Do that either and couldn’t leave my bags and explore upon arrival. Very gracious hosts- my fault I didnt Better prepare for the experience of bnb as needed. We were very happy with our experience and it’s also very cost effective in a great location with a bonus of made to order breaky as well!!! Luke and Pedro were amazing hosts!

A surprisingly beautiful place near the heart of the city. Very quaint and the staff were super helpful and friendly! Their hospitality and especially their breakfast were excellent! Definitely recommend them! And I would love to stay there again!
