Location and accommodations were wonderful. Only negative feedback is with regards to the valet. I never received the text on day one. When leaving and attempting to get my car, I was then manually sent a text and then was required to enter credit card information instead of being able to just charge the valet cost to the room. I shouldn’t have to enter the information separately. It should just be able to be one charge.

On the surface a beautiful hotel. The room had a slightly musty smell like it hadn’t been used in a while, the WiFi wouldn’t work, and the beer was warm at the happy hour. Overall clean and kept up with only a few small signs of wear in the room. Very conveniently placed for a short walk to Amalie Arena. The staff were very nice and professional. The free breakfast was great with a huge selection.

Booked last minute for a concert at Raymond james . Amazing hotel great location booked a third party shuttle service and had an awesome time . We will be back for sure

They did not check us into our room until 4:45, could not log into internet. No answer on the telephone. I had to go to front desk to get the internet to work.

We enjoyed our stay despite the fact we were escaping from a hurricane . I forgot my IPad and the straff kept it in safe keeping until I could come back.

Room was nicely appointed. Very quiet and clean. Great walkable location. Steve A., the breakfast host, was wonderful. It is staff like Steve that keep you coming back.

There was a massive religious convention happening which led to over-crowding. I had to get all of my luggage and the luugage of my 3 kids and wife and take it up 15 floors on my own. Rooms had an interesting, old motel smell to them. Almost like they remodeled the bathrooms and left the rooms the same. It smelled like it wasn't cleaned which makes sense with the amount of overcrowding. The only highlight was the valet who was working endlessly to get cars out of the lot. If you are staying for a convention then this might be for you. If not, I would look elsewhere.

The front desk staff was friendly and accomodating. The staff of the restaurant were also friendly and acommodating. What I was not happy with was housekeeping. The positive thing was that we always received new towels. It was the only constant. There would be a toss up of whether the beds were made, coffee service was refilled, or the glasses were cleaned. It seemed to missed the typical care the I am used from Hilton. Lately, it seems this area of high quality has diminished frim Hilton brand hotels overall. I think I finally understand that this will be the new standard and therefore, I will not be staying at Hilton Hotels if I can help it going forward.

Room was in not the best condition. Really needs renovations. Staff had poor attitude. Breakfast was good.

Excellent location close to Amalie Arena, walking distance from numerous restaurants. Only issue is the parking. Both times we've stayed here the line of cars waiting to just pull in is backed up down the street. People get out and wander around they've been sitting so long. They really need to figure out a better way to park people more quickly. The single line valet in front of the hotel is the only way to get in the parking garage. Terrible design. Other than that the hotel would get 4 stars.

The location was super convenient and the hotel and our room were immaculate. We were in town for a wedding and came in a few days early, as we had never been to Tampa before. The wedding and wedding party were staying across the street at the much more expensive Marriott, and we decided to save some money and stay more nights at the Hilton Embassy suites. We got in late flying in from the West coast - as there were thunderstorms in Tampa and our plane circled forever... we were pretty bedraggled and late getting to the hotel's check in, and Deacon (the evening checkin desk manager couldn't have been nicer. Luckily, the hotel restaurant was still open for 20 more minutes and we were able to get a late dinner and drinks. The Embassy has a very generous free breakfast (including a custom omelet bar and a huge array of hot and cold offerings) - and their happy hour with free wine, beer and well drinks was pretty incredible. The building itself is an older open atrium retro design but is very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with our entire experience.

I loved everything about our stay, however the parking/valet situation is horrendous. It completely overshadowed how wonderful the room itself was. I would be willing to stay here again to see if maybe it was just a one time bad experience. Also, was unaware until after checkout that a destination fee is added on to the bill that we could have used towards drinks at the lobby restaurant, but instead we paid with a credit card and lost out on that.
