I’m beyond upset. The bathroom wasn’t clean. The tub was dirty and had hair in it. Additionally, the tv wasn’t working properly and volume was a constant issue. But the worst part was waking up with two bug bites. I’m fairly certain this property has bed bugs. Will not stay there. Ever. Again.

The staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was roomy, however, our first room had a constantly running toilet, so the front desk readily moved us to another room ( two floors exactly below the first room), much better, but we could still hear the upstairs toilet running in our bathroom. We will still return to the hotel.

We stayed in a handicap room. It was big and spacious. Two things missing in our room; One, Having 2 chairs vs just one. My wife and son who both have medical issues could not sit and relax at the same time, especially if they wanted to enjoy their food in the room. One other issue is the lack of storage for our clothes and personal items. It became an inconvenience not being able to fully unpack our suitcases, and store them out of the way in the closet. We had to keep our suitcases out in the open which caused more obstacles to walk around, especially in the mornings. Otherwise our stay was good. *4

Even though there was a global cyber attract the week end we stayed and the room keys weren't working, the staff was very good about escorting us up to our room to let us in with master keys. They were quick and very nice and friendly every time we needed to be let back into our room. They also provide a very nice breakfast, with a wide assortment of hot and cold items and great coffee! Wonderful staff and really beautiful accommodations at a reasonable price. We had a very pleasant, worry- free stay. We highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites, Chino Hills.

I have stayed at the same Hotel a little bit over a year ago and the stay was great. I don't know if Hilton acquisition has anything to do with it, but the rooms were changed drastically, and not favorably. The only thing positive was the bed which was comfortable. The refrigerator wasn't plugged in and it took awhile to find out that the powerstrip was pushed under the dresser which made the switch to be turned off. The control was also set to off and I had to pull the refrigerator out to get access to the powerstrip. But the biggest problem was that the internet was not working and when we called the pront office they blamed AT&T. I don't understand that a large company like Hilton does not have a backup provider if AT&T has an outage, which I understand will happen. People are these days dependent on having internet access for their phones and computers. People had to go outside og the Hotel to just use their mobile phone. A great disappointment after our good stay a year ago, which trigerred my reservation there in the first place.
