My wife and I have stayed here few times and the reason we have come back to this place is because its a very reasonably priced hotel with all the amenities and overall a clean place, until this time...We had so many cockroaches in the room, mold in the ceiling and near the AC, bathroom sink was clogging and the swimming pool was very dirty. Overall very disappointed with this place. The quality of this place has gone down. One thing thats been consistent is the food which has always been very poor quality and they continue to maintain that. Will not be going back here again. The prices have increased since last year and the amenities and quality have gone down.

This hotel didn‘t really offer a customer oriented experience. I have medicaments that needed to be in the fridge, the hotel policy instead of storing my medicament free of charge, they only offered me to rent a fridge for an additional price!! I traveled many kilometers in the earth carrying my medicines, and in all hotels I have had always a possibility to store free of charge my medicament! Warning: That means people with special needs won“t have a customer oriented experience, I have been in many hotels worldwide and even without fridge, no need to pay extra for renting a fridge! In addition the menu in the breakfast was basic, no fresh fruit, non-natural juice from X brand served in the breakfast, the main dish was OK. The waiter and some personal were taking care and very attentive, however in our only night we spent there we were stang by many mosquitoes (we understand it is a region dominated by such creatures, but they don‘t really care about guests being stung, no mosquito spray was in our room or perhaps was done our room in the hurry! No motivation to repeat the experience here, the great thing was that is located close to the airport.

The property was close to the airport in Merida: a good thing. I arrived at noon and was not given a room until three thirty . I asked the desk clerk, if there was any opportunity to have my room made up a bit earlier and I Could see that she resented the question. 1 1/2 hours into waiting for my room I asked her again if there was a possibility to have it made up earlier and I could tell she was irritated. I finally got into the room at 3:30 after waiting in an un air-conditioned area for 3 1/2 hours. I ordered a club sandwich at the hotel restaurant thinking it would be a good choice- and it was horrible. The other menu items may be fine, but I took a picture of the club sandwich to show people back home: it was so so bad. The room itself was comfortable and clean, however I will not be staying at this hotel again because of the treatment I received at the front desk while trying to check in a little bit early.

Upon arrival the bell boy was helpful and respectful which unfortunately is where the pleasant experience ended. The room we were given was not at all like the one pictured when booked, they left the window open and we were eaten by mosquitos in the night. The food from the restaurant was disgusting and overpriced for the quality. I asked for a couple extra water bottles at the front desk around midnight and the staff said no. They directed me to a nearby corner store to make any of the purchases I needed which at midnight isn’t the safest. Staff couldn’t have cared less to help and we felt ignored and neglected. Would NOT recommend staying here.

Nice and cleanaround the restaurant area. Only thing, I ,didn't like, was the first room they check me in. Both beds 's had hairs in them . The bathroom You could still smell the body odor, of the last person . I ask to be moved, to a difftent room . They moved me with out any problem. But I all ready had that first inoretion😞

The hotel was fine for the purpose we needed it for. A quick overnight stay after a long day of travel. However, I wish the menu had better food to offer. It did not look good at all. So, we did not order anything, which was hard since the hotel is located in a place with no options aside from an Italian snack joint next door that served stale pastries.
I suggest a more Mexican style menu instead of what seemed an Americanized menu.

This hotel's main advantage is its close proximity to the Merida airport when you have an early flight. It is basic, clean and has a simple restaurant onsight. They do not have wheelchair accessible rooms or bathrooms.

This property doesn’t look like the pictures. There is coaches and a lot of insects around. The windows screen protectors ripped off and a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms.
Also, we weren’t able to stayed for all the days I reserved since hurricane beryl was going to hit the state and they didn’t wanted to reimburse any money even though i mentioned at the time of checking in.
