Super clean, nice, comfortable, good A/C. The amenities were perfect for the price. This was our favorite stay of our entire trip.

We had a great stay at Líbere. The studio was very nice. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The area is magnificent, right in the centre of Madrid. Full of restaurants, bars, shops, tourist attractions. We loved it.

Great value for a convenient location. The only downside is the noise level. You can easily hear other guests coming and going all night (often until 2-3am). For a light sleeper this could be challenging.

The sleeping area upstairs was very hot as the AC is located downstairs and the bathrooms were not fully cleaned their was trace of hair in sink and shower and shower had scum mold buildup in walls

Other than location the hotel does not offer anything else. We booked a room for three had a small bed for one person and the uncomfortable couch for two. A room for one person rather than three. Overpriced. Other than towels you have nothing else in the room. It’s more like a 2-3 star hotel than 4. Breakfast was simple.

Pros: great location - less than 10mins walk to major site seeing; fast problem solving- whatsapp 24hrs standby if any requests. AC function well. Cons: poor WiFi connection; cleanness of the room is questionable, especially bathroom. amenity no. Check out too early11am and no availability to extend.

Right in the middle of everything near Opera, but quiet — unlike many other hostels and hotels in the area which are on noisy streets. Full kitchen and 1.5 baths in the large two level units. No in person front desk but they were responsive through phone and message. We had a comfortable stay of about one week. Would recommend

Libere Palace is in a great location in the old part of the city. Our studio was spacious and bright and hand effective air conditioning. It was comfortable and although we barely used it, the little kitchen seemed quite well equipped including a Nespresso machine. The area has many restaurants and bars and is walking distance from all the central sights etc. Check in is automated online (and with an app) and most of the time there are no staff on duty; this worked fine and we did not use the 24/7 call facility. The only downside was noise; although each room has a card stating quiet hours, this was not always observed and the internal noise insulation allowed a lot of noise to travel to other rooms. There was also noise from the plaza outside, sometimes well into the morning. The hotel does provide earplugs but it's worth requesting a room which does not overlook the square. We did not take the hotel breakfast. Overall, a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay! They never sent us our check-in instructions, so we arrived without a code. When we finally were able to get ahold of staff they were very pleasant! Thank you for a nice stay. :)

Good: location, though it is close to night club and on weekends there was noisy crowd on the street late night. Spacous, clean, well equiped. Smoothless check in and check out. Bad: smell in the toilet from pipes and it is permanent as plumbing is done the wrong way. There was small fan in the toilet to get rid of smell but was working only when llight was on. Breakfast: very limited choice. On the day of our leave we wanted to have it as soon as possible but they opened it late and with even more limited food choice. Good coffee though.

Nice secluded apartments near the Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace. Sheets and towels were fragrance free, staff very accessible and able to use lockers prior to airport departure. Will stay again!
