Stayed here for 3 nights in late November. As a solo traveller here to see the sights I only had a basic single room with no view, but it was very comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. All the staff spoke very good English, which saved both them and me from my basic Polish. Check-in was welcoming and efficient. The sky-bar has superb views out over the river. I had a couple of meals and drinks there which were all very good and reasonably priced. The welcome drink was also a nice touch. Breakfast is a buffet style, with plenty of choices of both hot and cold food, and was always well stocked and good quality. The location was excellent, enjoying the view of the river and castle, but also being just a short walk into the old town area, and I felt perfectly safe walking alone late at night to and from. If I visit Kraków again, this is where I want to stay.

Wonderful views of the Castle & River from the rooftop Sky Bar. Great experience having Evening Meals and Drinks watching the Sunsets. Rooms Good and Comfortable. Excellent Week in Krakow staying here. I would recommend strongly.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room was sufficient for the two of us. The water in the shower sometimes went a bit wonky, but everything worked and we enjoyed ourselves very much.
