Residence Inn by Marriott in Billings, Montana was very nice, I stay here once a year when I visit my grandkids! Staff is great, breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel, room is a suite and very clean and well set up! Thank you for making my stay amazing! Bonnie C

Room was comfortable. Plenty of free parking.
Basketball and pool were fun for my grandson.
On our 3rd day we went to the pool but there were no pool towels. Went to the front desk and asked for towels. Desk agent said someone would bring them right over. So we went swimming. 45 minutes later, still no towels….we had to drip dry. Went back to the front desk and they shrugged and said they will call someone…too little, too late….
Very disappointing that the staff was not more responsive.

The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfortable. The fridge in the room was very noisy though, so if you're a light sleeper like me, it will wake you up often.

Easy check in and the room was really great. It had a kitchen and we were able to walk to Walmart and got dinner. This was a stopover on a road trip but really enjoyed our stay.

Quiet rooms and comfortable size with living area and kitchen. Great for a multi-night stay or even just one. Large, rotating TV for viewing from couch or bed. Inner-spring beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast was lukewarm. The heaters for the warming dishes must not have been working as everything was lukewarm. We didn't really notice it the first day as we were having breakfast earlier however, it was very apparent the next day.
The shower in one of the bedrooms was not hot. We used the other bathroom and the water in the shower was hot. Took time for all four of use to shower in one bathroom.

Perfect place to stay for a small family. Check-in was easy and our room was like a small studio apartment. Staff were also very accomodating bringing us a pack and play for our 7 month old.

I stay in Residence inn properties all over the US. Bozeman charging nearly 500 a night for that room is horrendous. They need to take a peak at the one in Billings. I've always had good experiences with this chain, however my most recent stay was less than great. Check-in is at 3. Me and my family tried to check in at 4:15 and I was told our room wasn't ready and to come back in an hour. Also there was no mention on the website of the fact that the pool was under construction and not usuable.
