Best part about this place is that it's ADULTS ONLY! If you want a place to escape your hectic life then this is the place for you!!! Only having 50 guest rooms gives this place the ability to provide a quiet, clean and serene atmosphere. This is an old property with a lot of charm! The room was small but adequate with our sliding door facing the ocean. There's a lot of brush in the way but we could still see a little bit of the ocean on the 2nd floor. Very soothing instrumental music plays all day in the pool area inviting one to rest and relax. The breakfast is served in a large dining room on glass plates and bowls and coffee and juice served in glass cups/mugs as well. They make 2 different types of individual quiches each morning along with a muffin. There is also an egg station with a small boiling pot of water and timers allowing guests to boil eggs to their liking. There is an area with yogurt and granola. Fresh fruit is cut by the staff and available each day. There's bread and english muffins that you can toast yourself. For an hour each day they serve complementary wine and cheese in a lobby area. There's a complementary pitcher of sweet tea in the lobby during the day. We didn't use the honor bar but it looked looked nice. There is a small beach parking lot between the hotel and the beach that you have to walk through but it is only a short walk. They have beach towels, umbrellas and chairs that you can use.

Was right after the hurricane, the inn did not have power during our stay, but the facilities and staff were awesome. Dealt with a bad situation really well! We will go back!!!

It’s the people within it that makes a hotel incredible and Larry and his team are those people … they worked round the clock to ensure that we were safe during the hurricane …they worked around the clock to ensure this beautiful hotel was up and running afterwards… it’s not like a hotel it’s like staying with family .. it’s also a little quiet oasis .. couple of steps from the beach and the nearest restaurants .. breakfast is a delight ..in short it’s a place to chill-out .. so many positives no negatives here … would recommend and stay here again in a heartbeat

I love this place.

Staff very welcoming and attentive. It gives you a true feeling of the Florida space coast. Not a corporate hotel. Feels more like a bed and breakfast with great amenities like pool, beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, wine/cheese hour and breakfast to name a few. So many nooks and crannies to explore at the inn. Great attention to detail

Everything was top notch. Great atmosphere, excellent homemade breakfast, very serene and comfortable. Staff was excellent! Probably the best place I've stayed. The whole ambience is outstanding!

The ocean view from our 4th floor balcony was exactly what we'd hoped for. The breakfast area, food, and staff were exceptional. Adam was particularly helpful, even going to his car to get us bottled water for the beach. The macaws were an unexpected plus (but don't touch). The daily wine and cheese tasting provided a good time to meet other guests. We stayed there after Labor Day when the crowds were gone and loved it.

I absolutely loved this place. There is definitely a reason why their ratings are so high. The breakfast was amazing. The staff was excellent. I had originally booked a hotel closer to the peer and changed at the last minute and I’m so glad I did. The peer wasn’t anything special. The Inn was quiet and so peaceful. Perfect stay for a pre cruise. Will definitely return.

Great four-night stay, get away for couples and mostly Florida residents this time of year. We loved everything from morning breakfast on site to evening walks. Lots to do with the Beach and Pool and local area was just great for shopping and meals.

Breakfast was unique made from scratch and delicious. Staff where friendly and the facility was nice.

We didn’t realize until we checked in that this was an Adults only resort. What an amazing experience. Very quiet and peaceful, especially around the pool. Extremely convenient location right next to public beach. The free breakfast was delicious and made by a friendly couple.

Wonderful two night stay prior to cruising. This quirky hotel was like stepping back in time but with everything you could need in today’s world. Welcoming staff, great location, lovely breakfast and loved the honour bar. Would definitely use again.

Was a last minute decision to get a room here and it was a great choice. The beach is at most a 2 minute walk with access directly across from their keyed back gate. Beautiful landscaping and sparkling pool. Showed up 3 hours early just to confirm the booking since it was made the previous evening and was allowed to check in early as the room was ready. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very quiet and within easy walking of shopping and dining. Older building and room was small but was comfortable and felt very much like a spare bedroom in a house. Our room looked over the pool area and they have relaxing music playing which made the area a great place to hang out. At night was able to hear the waves from the ocean on our balcony which was also relaxing. Not as extravagant as the big name hotels but sometimes less in more and will be back in future visits.

Excellent place to stay .. very clean .. it’s so beautiful.. great Continental breakfast then they serve you a great iced tea with oatmeal raisin cookies then they do a cheese and crackers and wine. It was absolutely beautiful. The people were great. Staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this place.
