Wasn’t terrible although we were very sad to learn that the pool was closed and apparently had been so for some time. That would’ve been nice to know when booking on hotels.com or to have the hotel reach out too. The entire reason we stayed there was for the pool while at a wedding. Front desk folks were great and room was fine. Lots of weddings going on and yet it was pretty quiet where we were. One really rude staff person, not sure who but when my husband asked if there was a tray or someway to carry all the things he was bringing upstairs for our family to eat he was told simply ‘no, just seemed curt. Everyone is busy but a little help and kindness would’ve been appreciated. Was super rude way to end the stay. Housekeeping staff were excellent although we laughed at the obstacle course of carts in the hallway as people are trying to checkout and leave! The Panera nearby is a nice option but be prepared for slow slow service (don’t use the kiosk ordering system, it seems to just confuse things there and will slow the whole process down). All in all it was fine, not really worth the money but easy to find and stay there for two nights. Probably would find somewhere else next time we’re in town to visit family but wasn’t terrible.

My sibling and I booked your hotel, because of its proximity to where we going. We were looking forward to using the pool, which was not working and we were not notified prior to our visit. We also booked a room with a pull out sofa, and when we pulled it open it was unusable. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, there was no way anyone in our party could have slept on it. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of your hotel and the staff was very pleasant.

reserved (and paid for) a king suite but were given a regular room with 2 double beds and told that they oversold and there's nothing they could do. will be looking into getting a refund!

My sibling and I booked your hotel, because of its proximity to where we going. We were looking forward to using the pool, which was not working and we were not notified prior to our visit. We also booked a room with a pull out sofa, and when we pulled it open it was unusable. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable, there was no way anyone in our party could have slept on it. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of your hotel and the staff was very pleasant.

Great new building, clean and simple room designs. Was easy to get on and off the highway and restaurant next door open late. Pool was not open so that took away from why i booked but over all good place to call home. Also breakfast was awesome.

Great, clean property!

I was very happy with my stay. The only thing I would add is a handicap bar beside the toilet. I am 71 years old and your toilets are rather low so it was a bit of a struggle to lift myself off the commode. Other than that, all was perfect and a very enjoyable stay. I will be back. Thank You!

It was standard Holiday Inn Express. The chain is good because you know what you will get.

This is by far the highest quality hotel with the most reasonable price I stayed in during my 2 week vacation in New England. It’s why I saved it and booked it in advance this time! Breakfast area was clean, well-stocked and actively taken care of by staff, the room was clean and smelled pleasant, beds were super comfy, the room fan was not clunky but gave a pleasant white noise at night. I stayed in a two queens room and it was spacious! Would definitely stay again. Parking is also convenient and well-lit, and there is a Panera at the end of the parking lot.

This was a great motel near Sturbridge. Love the rooms and breakfast. Staff very helpful and nice. Beautiful area.

I enjoy this hotel for its proximity to area attractions (notably Tree House), its cleanliness and service. Solid breakfast buffet!
