The ac plug didnt work. Horrible to find parking.

Central location to the city & downtown but no elevator and rooms could use some upgrading.

Overall I like this place very much. It is perfect. Very close to the space needle. Walk distance to the Olympic Sculpture Park. Quiet, safe, and clean.

Great, exceptionally clean room with a very comfy bed and lovely shower/bathroom. The common area/kitchen was exceptionally clean, and though we didn’t use it, it appeared well stocked. The Harry Potter nods are cute, but no moving staircases unfortunately!😉 Great value in expensive Seattle!

It was really difficult to understand instructions also didn’t really feel to safe being there when first thing I heard was yelling.

This was a really cute place to stay. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable and location was easy to find. There were a few things that I found to be semi-misleading. The room is very small. It's the size of a dormroom, maybe slightly bigger since there's a bathroom attached. For two people to stay here, it was very cramped. My boyfriend and I were staying here one night after a long backpacking trip through the Olympic forest. We had a lot of things to re-pack and the space was really small to get this done. We made it work, but it was a hassle. The bed only had one side to get in from, so if you have to use the restroom in the middle of the night, you'll have to climb over your significant other to do so. The second thing that I had an issue with was getting all of our luggage up the tiny stairwall without banging into anything and fearing damage. Again, we managed to do it without a problem, but it took more effort than we had energy for. Overall, this was a really cute place to stay, we got a comfortable nights rest and checking in was hassle-free. I would stay here again, if there was a bigger room with both sides of the bed accessible.

Airbnbs do not belong on this platform. I had to just through numerous hoops to get this reservation after booking on hotels.com and recieved a sub-par room in a shared condo. I come to hotels.com for standard hotel rooms with as expected structure, expectations, and features, but instead i had to fill out numerous forms, provide a ridiculous amount of ID, and be subject to non-standard practices. If i wanted an airbnb, i would have gone on airbnb.

Although the host was friendly over text, there was no one available on-site for immediate assistance. It's puzzling why they charge a cleaning fee when the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned. This was my personal experience, so it may vary for others.
