+ The area was great, we walked to the different sights every day. Everything was within walking distance. When we got to the room there were hairs in the bed. Not nice! We contacted the host and got new sheets the next day. It went smoothly! The bathroom was fresh and nice. There was plenty of toilet paper, hairdryer, cotton pads, towels and soap. The air conditioning was great. Good with washing facilities for clothes. Convenient with its own fridge and sink with washing-up liquid. Nice common room with kitchen, but a lot of dog hair on the common sofa. The house was nice with a nice view. The internet was fast and there was a good selection on the TV in the room. - One of the legs of the bed was broken, so you were lying sideways, not good for your back after a few nights. There were dark marks on the wall by the bed. The carpet in the room was stained and had dog hair. Not very pleasant to put your feet down on. We also found a shell of a dead insect on the carpet. We lacked unloading tables and hooks. The only thing there were ladies' hangers in the wardrobe. Missing table to put things on.

Amazing place! Very modern, private, and clean. Not far from downtown Seattle (10-15mins) and the host was very responsive! Definitely recommend for a trip to WA!

The room was really great for our 2 night stay! It felt safe and the host was great with his communication! Really nice update bathroom as well with an incredible view from our room that over looked the Space Needle!!

This place is nice and clean but not a hotel, no elevator and a lot of stairs, Check in was not easy.

When you find the address, the room is actually behind the building on the street. Our room was up two fights of stairs. It’s a very nice and clean room.

First time I encountered an all internet stay and was not ready for it.Had not another guest let me in , I would have spent an hour on the sidewalk trying to figure out how to get in! The property uses the internet to get a confirmation of the $200 security deposit.At all of the several hundred check ins I have done in the past ,I give my credit card and they run it.Here they use an unfamiliar means of having the credit card company confirming I ok the charge .Not being familiar with this process it took about 8 times to finally get the deposit oked.Will probably check next time if all internet and avoid.This did not come across in the comments on the website.

Didn’t like the parking. We didn’t realize we were sharing a living room & kitchen with other guests when we booked this place. No chairs or table in the room.

The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space. The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city. On top of that, communication is perfect. Vince answered very quickly and nicely ro my questions. A very good experience.

The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space. The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city. On top of that, communication is perfect. The Back to the Future room was very nice for the one night I needed it for. I loved the kitchenette area. The bathroom and closet was spacious.

The view of Seattle was great. Nowhere to sit other than the bed. No bedside lamps other than very bright overhead lamp. Very small room - this is not a suite. Mattress uncomfortable. Check in process overly complex.

Super clean and great location. Host Vince was also super nice and helpful making sure my stay at the room is perfect.
