The hotel is just across the Salzburg train station. Very convenient location. Lots of restaurant and fast food around the hotel. Lots of taxis as well. Room is clean and modern. Bed is comfortable.

Great location, efficient and friendly staff, and nice room. Only thing I was disappointed with was the breakfast. Really wish I had just picked up a donut instead of the very bland uninteresting breakfast. I would still highly recommend the hotel, just pass on the breakfast

It was a great hotel for the price and convenience. Except for when I was checking in. The receptionist answered the phone while I was in process of checking in and proceeded to help the person on the phone! I told her that was rude. She said she was required to answer the phone!
And the first room didn't have hot water so we had to move to another one. The staff did help us move and the rest of our 3 night stay was fine.

Receptionists were excellent, friendly and helpful and dealt with numerous complaints about the lack of hot water in the hotel admirably without any visable bsck up from management .Rooms are quiet and comfortable and breakfast is excellent if a little chaotic if you arrive at the same time as the coach tour guests. Very convenient for bus and rail connections and good choice of restaurants nearby .

We were stuck in Salzburg due to the floods. This hotel was very convenient to the train station and as it was raining we booked in. Staff were lovely and room was fine, there was a slight problem with hot water but we received a discount for the inconvenience. Managed a warm shower in the morning. Would stay again.

Awesome location if you’re traveling by train. You can walk from there to the center, the hotel is very clean. We even had a Mozart chocolate ball on outlr pillow!

Great hotel right next to the train station and an easy walk to the old town. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip. The young man at the front desk, I think his name might be Thomas, was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast looked fantastic but I had to catch an early train so gave it a miss, will definitely have it the next time!

We absolutely loved this hotel. The perfect location right beside the train, walking distance to everything, safe to walk around at night, taxis available at our front door, lots of nearby eating places. The breakfast was phenomenal with a view of the mountains, city and fortress. So clean and excellent front desk service. Can’t say enough about this great place!

It’s a good hotel in the great location, the staff was great but the only down side the rooms don’t have a fridge, on my stay it just happened to be a hot week and it would have been great for some cold water

We only were in Salzburg for 24 hours, however it was perfect for us. Right at the train and bus station. A 15 minute walk into city center but we didn’t mind at all since being at the train station was most important to us. Very clean. No complaints. Would stay here again. Did not have breakfast at the hotel, so cannot comment.

The staff was absolutely a delight. The location was excellent and absolutely central. The only think thats a bit weak is the wi fi. In the lobby its perfect but I did have little problem from my room. All in all it was an EXCELLENT stay.

The only criticism is NO REFRIGERATOR and No Way to adjust A/C Breakfast too expensive for older people who eat little.
