Our room was dirty with food on the floor. The AC unit in our did not work so we had to keep windows open to one of the noisiest streets in Parma. Lastly, we accidently left our jackets in the closet and sent messages to the hotel but have received no response.

One of the desk clerks was extremely nice and gave me directions of places to go.

Great boutique hotel right next to the train station. Even though it's next to the train station, this area is very quiet at night. My room was a decent size and very clean.  Bed was very comfy. They provided bathroom toiletries and 2 bottles of water which was nice. The front desk receptionist was super helpful. Walking to the historical part of Parma was less than 5 minute walk. The breakfast was included and they do have a lot of choices. I was able to get my protein in with lots of eggs. They have toast, yogurt, cereal, pastries, make your own eggs station, etc. and they make fresh espresso drinks for you on the spot. It was great for a one night stay in Parma.

Very friendly staff and a parking garage belonging to the hotel across the street for $10 a night, highly recommended. The breakfast was amazing and special thanks to the friendly lady who has our coffee Americano ready the moment we walked in.

Great hotel right near the train station. Great front staff. Clean quiet room with a nice breakfast. Excellent stay for two nights.

Nice clean hotel. Very difficult to drive to so beware. You need to drive right past the front of the station, but sat nav and Waze doesn't know this!! Great for walking into the old town. Breakfast was very good with lots of choice.

Catia and staff were very accommodating with our stay and a lovely breakfast. She gave us great recommendations on things to do around Verona too. Cute Hotel and great location.

Conveniently located just outside the station, comfortable, clean, with a spacious room and a large bed, and a nice lounge where you can spend the evening sipping on a hot drink bought at the machine for just 50 cents. Breakfast is good too, and the breakfast waitresses so nice. Receptionists are nice and efficient too.

This hotel was under a two minute walk to the train station. We stayed on the top floor in a large and modified loft. Loved it.

Great staff, very large room by European standards. Shower leaked a bit, but clean. Ok breakfast. It’s very close to the train/bus station. There was a bit of drama, but it’s not unsafe. Easy walk to center of town, about 1 km.
