The hotel was good. The food was acceptable. Decent choices each day. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option.

However, the air conditioning could have been cooler, as it was centralized. Hotels should specify the type of air conditioning they have, so guests can make an informed choice. Our stay at the hotel is very good. Five star to the entertainment team and the staff. There are lots of activities for all ages, from kids to adults to the whole family. The furniture in the room need to be upgraded - worn table legs etc. The dinner food cuisine varies day by day which is great!

From the staff , to the food and room, everything was excellent.
The staff obviously enjoy their job, as this is obvious with the relationship between them all. The place was spotless , and the food was delicious.
The drinks were top class with excellent service.

Excellent hotel throughout. Rooms are nice, spacious and cleaned daily.
Food is good with a wide variety to suit everyone.
Hotel stay are exceptional and always there to help. And the entertainment team are fantastic.

This was our 4th stay at the hotel. Staff are amazing. Very hard working,friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clran and close to beach, bars and restaurants. We had a room on 8th floor with mountain view. Room was on small side and near to motorway,although this was not a problem when door was closed. The floor in the room had wide gaps in floorining, which is ready to be replaced.

cleaners came late in day and in the morning seem to start later when people coming to sit by the pool.
Excellent food and entertainment. Staff fabulous! Couldn’t fault the service or hotel. This was our first visit and will be back.

Room is big and clean and comfy beds, the hotel itself is dated and needs a revamp.
Just a little Christmassy so a little disappointing, staff are all lovely and welcoming and work hard. lots of activities going on and the entertainment is really good.
Food is just ok but could be a lot better and alot hotter but lots of choice.
