The room was tiny, we asked the front desk to work with us to get another room at a better price but they are stubborn and not willing to negotiate, too bad for them bc there are other options.

Very kind people there! Very helpful, delicious food, good restaurants inside of the facilities and i am grateful with the staff! They made me feel comfortable!

We travel to Managua 2-3 times a year to visit family. This is our go to hotel for a few reasons. (1) The staff is great. (2) It is clean and safe. (3) It is close to everything, but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle which allows for calm nights. Highly recommend!

I’m from Nicaragua and all the time that I came to visit my family I have to stay at least three days because I feel that I can rest and feel that I am in vacation this property. It is amazing the beds are very comfortable, The food amazing and whatever you need, they help you so much in anything you need. I recommend this property, especially for family, at night you have a bar and music you don’t need to go out love this place ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

It is always a pleasure to stay here the staff is friendly they just need to make the terrace smoking friendly again because when raining the place they have is far and not covered so not good for smokers

I liked everything.

The rooms were great, but a lot on noise in hallways in the middle of the night. Other guests (like including children) up at night being rowdy in the hallways.
The breakfast is expensive for watery scrambled eggs, unripe fruit and the most bitter coffee I’ve had.
The pool is lovely.

Great location. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Room and service/ staff were great. Unfortunately we were able to hear the music from a party on the second floor till about midnight, but other than that everything was great.
