The stay was good, except the massage. We have been told that it costs 80,000 cp, however when the lady arrived, she asked for 180,000 cp!! She arrived 15 minutes late and despite the fact that we asked upfront if she is a professional, she was not ! My husband could better do a massage!! It is dangerous to send somebody who doesn’t know anything about massage for this job! Also, she charged us $47 per hour while I get the best massage in the United States for $100 and everything in Columbia is much cheaper! Please be careful and not use their massage services .

There was no hair dryer in my room. And the safe was broken. I have never encountered a more unfriendly staff. Perhaps it's because they did not speak English. And the free breakfast in the morning was just average. I would not stay here again

Love the property, this was my second time. It is walkable distance from great restaurants and shopping. The bed is so comfortable, and the breakfast was good

This hotel is amazing. Excellent location and customer service. Includes breakfast and all staff are extremely nice and warm.
The area is absolutely beautiful and walking distance to nice bakeries, restaurants and Andino mall.

We stayed at the hotel for one night. The location of the hotel was very central - Calle 81 is a great street. The hotel is more of an apartment complex. The “front desk” is a person at a desk with a computer. There did not seem to be anyone else working in the hotel. The elevators were tiny - we were barely able to fit in with our two carry on bags. The room was very spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There was barely space for the wash bag and the shower was tiny and we had to shower quickly so that the water would not spill out. Overall the hotel was basic - fine for one night, but would not stay longer.

The breakfast was tasty and offered variations each day. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. I look forward to staying here again the next time I’m in Bogoa!

We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff was so professional, helpful and friendly. They do an incredible job. The breakfast was delicious, something different everyday.

the queen sized suite was such a great value - it was a large apartment sized suite. They provided a nice bottle of mineral water every day. The staff could not have been any nicer...spoke English and really took care of any needs I could have had. The breakfast and the people taking care of me couldn't have been any better as well.
