Staff was very nice and we were able to leave our luggage’s to explore the city. Very clean room and we had a perfect view of the city. Will stay here again.

This hotel has a great location, its a great value for the money, there's great restaurants around(even ones that close at mightnight) and overall we felt safe. There's breakfast included, which had good options, and the higlight of our staty was certainly the indoor pool, given we were in Peru visiting and wanted to spend time with my family but it's currently cold in Peru (winter here is around 60s...so not super cold but windy and cold enough to not make it to an outdoor pool ha!) Though I can appreciate that they do this due to safety, I had never had this happen before so I truly wasnt ready, I had to inconvenience one of my family members,had her travel 1.5 hours, get off work early BUT..i'd suggest having more specific rules & guidelines for check in. I brought my aunt (68) and nephew (9) with me and my son(5) and paid for 3 adults and a kid (since I wasnt sure my nephew would count as a kid or adult so to be safe I paid for him as an adult thought later I noticed he would have been free per their guidelines) but because I had my nephew with me (and though I had his grandma with us) we were required to have The Mom and/OR Dad to check him in. If not present, they had to send a notarized letter (which in Peru is not like in the US, a notary in Peru is more than a lawyer and requires more education/certification) so I had to have my cousin come check my nephew in (this finally happened close to 10pm).I'd ask this is stated somewhere going forward.

The pool, gym and complementary breakfast are excellent perks of this hotel. It’s in a nice area close to restaurants and shops. The rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Great shower with decent water pressure. Would stay here again! However, the staff could be friendlier. This is a US chain, they could learn a bit of US hospitality.

Hotel was modern and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Location is a bit out of the way for anything walking, Uber is the best and most convenient mode of transportation and don’t hesitate to use it. Pool was extremely small, narrow, and shallow. However, wasn’t there for the pool, just in case your with kids.

Hotel was very accommodative when we reached well before the check-in time which made us feel very comfortable. Over and above accommodating our request, they also sent us directly to the breakfast area while getting our room ready.

I like the silence at night, which allows you to rest and sleep pleasantly. The staff is very helpful, friendly and courteous. Perhaps the only drawback is that it does not have a dining room service. Many times, one does not want to leave the hotel and wants to eat something right there.

It is very convenient for shopping purposes. All type of stores are around. Besides the hotel is very clean and the wonderful staff makes you feel at home.

The attention from the staff was really, really outstanding! The hotel is in excellent conditions, gives a wonderful full buffet breakfast and also a very good executive menu lunch on weekdays. Its location is also excellent with very close access to dining facilities and shopping. Wonderful experience indeed!!!

My family and I stayed for one night, it was a good choice. Its near a beautiful park, money exchange and shopping mall. The hotel buffet breakfast its pretty simple but complete. Room spacious and clean
