First time travelling in Copenhagen with this large apartment hotel giving us nice image of the city. Got what we need in the room with quick response through email. Shower has no door and easily flood. 10 minutes walk to underground and 20 minutes walk to supermarket. Would be better paying less for this location but was nice for the overall caring experience.

Updated interior and in a good location near airport and metro station. Apartment has washer and dryer, a small kitchen, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a large fridge. There is no elevator.

I was prepared to give a good review because the apartment is very nice and clean. I was willing to overlook that since it’s on the first floor, I could not open windows nor blinds as the window faced the street. I would have overlooked the constant noises at night of people coming back to the apartment or the fact that’s it’s next door to a daycare (very noisy starting at 7:00 am.
What I will not overlook is what happened yesterday.
I came back to the apartment at 15:30 to find the door to my apartment wide open!! This door gives to the outside and anyone passing by could have come inside and steal my computers and things. Not sure how long the door stayed opened but this is unacceptable! I had to cancel an appointment at 16:30 because I’m not sure when the maid will come back. She said she did not open maybe maintenance. I checked with the hotel and they said no one from their staff opened the door. This is very disconcerting as I’m not sure who opened my door. Suffice it to say, I did not sleep much last night.

Parking is a problem sometimes on the street it is only 3 hours and you have to move your car or change the dash clock (weird European idea windshield clock)
No lift so if you have big or heavy luggage it is hard.
Things to improve:
- no spoon dispensers in kitchen
- no napkins or paper towel
- no ventilation in bathroom
- no glass door in shower so be careful water might get to the floor
- the living room sofa bed was not comfortable and make noises when sleeping
Good things:
- clean towels in all three rooms
-clean and comfortable pillows and sheets in all rooms
-newly renovated apartment so feels so fresh and clean
- not far from places 15 mins drive to downtown very easy access to beach and area around
- very friendly and helpful when call or message to the reception

This was a really adorable hotel. The space itself was really cute and I also loved the area as it was away from the main tourist section, so you just felt like you were in a cute city / town, without the insane hustle and bustle. If you walk around, you find a lot of cute restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, yoga classes, etc… in the area…and some nice jogging routes. With all that said, 3 stops on the nearby metro, and you are in the heart of everything.
The washer was an extreme plus for me since I usually do laundries every night :)
The staff was very responsive to all my questions as well.

This was a really adorable hotel. The space itself was really cute and I also loved the area as it was away from the main tourist section, so you just felt like you were in a cute city / town, without the insane hustle and bustle. If you walk around, you find a lot of cute restaurants, supermarkets, gyms, yoga classes, etc… in the area…and some nice jogging routes. With all that said, 3 stops on the nearby metro, and you are in the heart of everything.
The washer was an extreme plus for me since I usually do laundries every night :)
The staff was very responsive to all my questions as well.

The room was fully stocked with all the items needed for a comfortable stay. The blankets were thick and warm which came in handy because the nights were a little chilly.

Everything was good, apartment was clean, easy to check in, easy to communicate with front desk. The only comment is it gets rather noisy on fri and sat night, and it feels like the building shakes when the wind blows in or when someone opens/closes the door (we cant really tell what is the cause), but it happened quite often. location is peaceful and close to the metro and nice cafes. Do also note that there is no elevator in the building if you are traveling with big suitcases.

The place was clean and in a safe neighbourhood. Very close to the metro station and I was able to get to the city centre or the airport in 15 minutes. I arrived early morning and I was able to check in early which was so nice! Appreciated having the washer and dryer to do my laundry. The reception was also very responsive at all times of the day. Would absolutely stay here again. Just a quick note that the smaller units are located on the ground floor and close to the street - the front doors are glass with just a curtain you can draw so people can't exactly look in but I did feel a little more privacy would have been nice.

I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app.
It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy.
I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again.
Btw, the location is very easy to reach to metro and supermarket..etc.

The apartment is in a very convenient location, close to the metro, city center, airport. The facilities are also amazing, we had everything we need at hand. We could adjust the temperature as we desired. It was hot enough, but they provided extra radiator just in case. The host is very friendly and she was available any time we had a question and was very helpful.
There was a construction/renovation at the building but not early in the mornings, so it didn’t bother at all.
There are only two things to improve:
1- the futon was very small, even my 8-year-old couldn’t be comfortable. A rollaway bed would even be better.
2- there was a constant smell in the bathroom coming from the toilet drain. We had to keep the bathroom window open all the time which made the bathroom super cold.
Still, I would stay there again!

Felt defrauded. Pictures on Expedia are not what you get. Classic bait and switch. CPH is an amazing city; but this scam took away a lot from the experience.

The place was in a great location near transportation. I loved the area and all of the accommodations that the place has. I loved the communication response in letting us know everything up to date. The quick response made me fell safe and that I was not in a new place alone.

Kitchenette and nearby grocery allowed for quick breakfasts and night snacks. Short ride to the central sightseeing areas. Heated floor in the bathroom was a bonus. Very nice stay for a busy sightseeing trip to Copenhagen.

It was a little challenging to figure out how to find an entrance, but it was all good. It is very close to a metro station and the central station. It was very clean and comfortable. Thank you very much!

Nice area just outside of the downtown area, close to a metro station. It is easy to ride a bike from here to anywhere in the city, or take a metro train or bus. The hotel is nice enough. I like the laundry and everything else (wi fi, kitchen supplies, linens etc). in the room that works well as one would expect. Due to a couple of issues I found in the room upon check-in, I would give a 1/10 rating (it was horrible), but how the hotel fixed the issues is why I give a decent rating at the end. The staff was VERY good in making sure i was comfortable. Felt safe and at home here.
