An easy short walk to Europa park entrance and nearby restaurants (for some reason most are pizzerias!), this place was great. Check in, since I was late arriving (around 9pm), was by getting a key from the lock box. This can be annoying sometimes when you've been traveling all day, but it was easy to find and was inside the hotels open door, out of the rain. The room was a nice and clean, and with a modern and spacious bathroom. Breakfast was decent and the staff working there were really nice and friendly. The receptionist was very helpful in organising a taxi back to the train station for me.

Our stay was very nice. The hotel was clean and our room was as well. We're a family of 5 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The food at the hotel was very nice as well.

A great straightforward place to stay whilst visiting Europa Park or the surrounding area. We ate in the hotel each night and were very happy with the food and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was obviously a lot of work for them to deliver with the buffet not possible right now, but we were very satisfied. Our 5 year old loved the bunk beds and tried a different one each night!

Service and amenities were goof, very hood location as it is in walking distance from Europa park entrance. However the bed was too hard for my liking.

About a five to ten minute walk from the train station and easy to find. Staff at front desk very pleasant and helpful. My hasband and I booked a triple room as that was all that was available and it was very crammed with the bedding configuration. Also noisy at times as we were on a corner near a Main Street. Breakfast had a good selection

Great location if going to Europa park, in the heart of Rust, easy walking distance to every thing and ok to park car day of checkout when going to Europa park. Very good breakfast

Having Large Fan in room was a bonus with the temperature so high. Excellent welcome.

The room was very comfortable and the staff very helpful, they even did our laundry for us (for a small price). They don't speak great English, but good enough to get by. It's only a short walk (maybe 5 minutes) to Europa Park and plenty of restaurants.

Stayed for 2 nights, rooms were extremely clean, breakfast buffet had a large variety and was all tasty and fresh. Excellent location - less than 10 minute walk to Europa Park. Garden around the hotel was very well kept.
