We were very happy with the comfort of the bed, the friendliness of the owner, and the location couldn't be beat. We had the 2 bedroom apt and they even gave us a first floor apt due to us being older with mobility issues.

The night we checked in we got a phone call at 1015 saying we had to move the next morning because they put us in the wrong room. We have four small children and a weeks worth of groceries that we now had to pack up and move. They didn’t call us the next day until 1230 to tell us we had to be out by 230 and we were already at the beach enjoying our vacation. They refused to give us any discount for their mistake and told us we were an inconvenience because now they had to clean the room they put us in. Our new room had 1 less bed than we were told and the pull out couch was broken and dangerous if not pulled out very carefully. The room had hair from previous occupants and there were coffee grounds all over the counters. Will never stay here again.

The location was a 30 second walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owners were pleasant. The apartment was clean and spacious. Overall it was a great stay and we would go back again

Not bad property as house was older but had updates. Has window A/C units and you bring your own sheets to sleep on. Location is great, one block off the boardwalk and easy walk to the beach. Would stay here again as it’s not as expensive as other properties close to the boardwalk.

They have a few properties in OC. We got a room at the beachfront house with a city view. While it was nice to be at a beachfront house, the apartment itself was not good at at- it wasn’t a deluxe room we ordered and was very outdated and not clean. Would not recommend.

Everything was out dated. AC units didn’t work. The front door didn’t close the whole way and the lock was falling off.

My experience staying at The Nock apartments was one of my worse stays ever. The 4 bedroom apartment’s refrigerator and stove was not the best. The stove was small and the refrigerator had cancer spots. The apartment had blinds that should have been changed prior to my arrival and the water to wash dishes and shower had to run for about 20 minutes and the water still was not hot it was lukewarm. Outside on the porch ceiling had holes. I give the place a 4 rating and I left a day early because I just was not satisfied and also because I was not allowed to use their wifi as per their son because it’s personal for the office only. I really needed to use the wifi as I had explained to the owner on a very important court case and due to not having wifi the matter was thrown out. Again not a good place to stay.

The room worked well for our families. It was clean & the staff was very courteous & helpful. The only issue is that I was charged more than I was quoted & wasn’t explained what the up charge was for. Overall though, I’d stay here again. Close to beach & boardwalk.

Owners were very accommodating, room was clean and price was right

I didn’t like anything about the apartment, wasn’t clean enough and all the beds In the room dirty including the blankets that were on the bed.

Air conditioning in 2 of 4 rooms, dirty, broken down sofa, only one tv, NO WiFii (when advertised as having WiFii), No one attending office except at 4 for check in, and 10-11 to check out. Extremely poor overall. Resorts ocean front in same block are renting for same price but far nicer.
