As I travel a lot, I often stay at Hyatt Regency hotels in various cities, including Chicago and New Delhi. I have always had unique and perfect experiences due to the quality of their properties. However, the Hyatt Regency in Lucknow was a major disappointment. The property is poorly maintained, with bad odors everywhere, including the rooms and bathrooms, which were very unhygienic. Additionally, the staff was rude and did not communicate properly with customers, leading to a very bad experience.

A few Waiters at the dining facility are unable to speak in English; I don’t understand Hindi; overall the food and presentation standards have gone down considerably; old vessels; keen on charging money; bar tender could not speak English; no Chardonnay Soveignon red wine; had an old bottle of Australian cheap red win; looks like the place into a bar for hard liquor imbibers; something tells me the overall property is ill maintained both at product and service level; old bath towels; lacking in courtesy; seem to attract less signed visitors; food quality and variety has gone down considerably. I paid good money and regretted it; don’t plan on staying

Extremely courteous customer service, wide array of delicacies, Indian and western at the breakfast buffet and an impeccable room with all desired amenities. Would love to be back.

The overall condition and service at the hotel has deteriorated. I felt it less guest friendly this time. In addition, the carpet in my room was ripped and carpets in common areas (lift lobby and corridors) was dirty.

Hyatt Regency at Lucknow made my 2 night stay extremely comfortable and memorable. The staff (reception, Driver, Server, porter) here is exceptional. Kind, courteous and always ready to help. We were leaving Lucknow by an early morning flight and they made sure we took packed breakfast with us. I stayed here with my senior parents and they too loved the experience. I have been to many Hyatt properties all over the USA and I can definitely say that the standards of Hyatt here is the same as USA. Thank you Hyatt Regency Lucknow!

This is the worst 5 star hotel I have ever been to, in house kitchen takes 1.5 hours to deliver food and the Valet parking guys crashes the car. THE TOP CHERRY: Their manager Ashish will make the situation more unpleasant whenever an issue is being discussed. PATHETIC!

The check-in was okay . The staff who accompanied to show me tgecroom was very polite and extremely courteous. But after having breakfast the restaurant staff stopped me by asking whether BF is included in the plan . It was so emrassing then i showed him the booking details. The room amenities were not up to the nark. Towels were old enough and worn out. The bathrob was very old and worn out and slso huge in size that too was offered on demand . I refused to accept/ use it. I was not offrred a fresh and cleaned one. However the housekeeping staff was otherwise helpfull. Overall not so good feeling. Room furniture was also not giving very clean look. Not up to the mark service as i had expected from the hotel ofcreputr. The fresh milk songle use contaibers were misdibg insred powder milk sachets were kept for tea coffee in room.

Good stay! Property although dint seem like the standard Hyatt Regency. Service staff was very good.

Nice clean room, fast check in and good service. I had taken the club room, the evening 6-8 PM snacks and beverage service (at the bar) was good. Breakfast was average the the service at the restaurant was amazing. ( the chefs were in a hurry to rap up breakfast at 10:30 but the servers made sure to get me what i wanted ).
