We loved our room, it had a loft in it! We would have loved to stay for a week but they were full. The pool with the infinity edge and ocean view was amazing. Water temp was perfect. would have liked a coffee maker in the room but the coffee in the lobby was good.

My husband and I spent a night last minute. What a gem. Beautiful facility, super clean, comfortable bed, very nice pool. Id rate our stay a solid 5 if they offered hot water/ coffee in lobby beyond 7-11am and a snack machine onsite would have been nice too.

This hotel is worth every penny! Beautiful grounds. The pool is amazing and had a wonderful view of the bay. Our eoom was spacious and decorated tastefully. The porch area g is cozy and has a great view of the bay. Definitely will be back

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in June and were very happy with the accommodations. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. The whole place looked new or completely renovated. It was very peaceful and the view of the ocean and island was beautiful. Room was tastefully nautically decorated. Close to restaurants, shopping, pubs, etc. Very nice and friendly staff. This was a very stress free and peaceful getaway. We will be going back before fall.

A lovely view of the pool and cove. Heated pool made the misty, 65 degree weather feel like something out of a sleepy novel. Perfect for a private weekend of relaxation. Will be returning 10/10.

The room had a wonderful view of the bay and pool. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The room was very clean and quiet also. The pool was heated so it was very nice when it was a little cool out. I would highly recommend the Island View Inn, will go back again soon.

It was in between 2 great towns and was clean. The view was like a picture and perfect for relaxing too.

Brought my husband for his birthday weekend and we both had such an AMAZING time!! The property and our room was beyond CLEAN! Very Very peaceful & relaxing, which is what we wanted after a busy work week. Tye room was super cute! I have done alot of traveling and this property is by far the BEST I have ever stayed at!! The ONLY down fall was our second morning our neighbor was up at 5am opening and closing the sliding door, talking loud and banging things aroung....sigh. You can hear your neighbors but not Island Views fault lol At the end of the day my husband was very happy with Birthday getaway!! Thank you Island View we will definitely be back same time next year or maybe we'll be back at the end of the summer 😁

This place is beautiful. It’s right on the water. We had a room with an ocean view and this amazing sun room. The room was super clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only regret was not spending more time here.

An impeccable remodeled room, well designed and very very comfortable with a double entry for privacy/quiet and a stunning view from the large windows of the balcony out over the bay visible from everywhere in the room. I didn't want to leave to go hang in Rockland

This property markets on their website that they have an outdoor heated pool that opens in May. I chose to stay here and drive 5 hours so we could use the heated pool. It would have been a lovely time in the afternoon except they do not hear it at all. The water was freezing. I don't know why the website markets this as one of the main attractions of the property and presents false information.

This is an idyllic place with great views of the sunrise on the bay. The room was exquisitely decorated.

We booked this based on the great reviews, and it over delivered! Rooms are spectacular, and the view of the water is simply breathtaking, especially at sunrise! Highly recommend this little gem of a resort if you’re traveling to the Rockport/Camden area. And pay the few extra dollars to make sure you have a view of the water.

This was the cutest, quaint little inn and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The view from our room was amazing, bed was comfortable and the staff was awesome!

It’s a stretch to call this place in “Inn”, it’s really a motel next to a busy highway. The online photos look great, but the swimming pool is actually very small and our room didn’t have much of a view at all, despite the fact that they had a lot of vacancies the staff was unwilling to negotiate at all on a partial refund when we requested one. It is their right to have that policy, but readers should know this in advance and be very clear about it. I would only recommend for a one night stay if you’re in the area and traveling through and you need a place to lay your head down. It would be quite comfortable and convenient, but there is a lot of road noise as it is located right next to a Highway, and as a sidenote, the lotion that they provide in the bathroom had sat for so long that it had hardened and would not come out of the plastic bottle. On a positive note, The grounds are very well maintained.

Room was immaculate. Lovely view from a sun porch made it extra special. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Awesome, clean, manicured, quiet and well maintained. We will return to this gem.
