Good breakfast, had a view of the water! The check in was easy and friendly!

I got up early to see the sun rise but unfortunately there were trees in the way.

The breakfast had a nice selection and the seating area was very clean and open. The view was breathtaking.

We loved everything but one small suggestion was in the future to provide a few more lounge chairs by the pool . The pool area was quiet and very clean.

Excellent breakfast and excellent view of the bay. Red velvet waffles have ruined me for all other waffles. I need to find the mix!Do yourself a favor and walk out to the rockland harbor lighthouse. It’s a 5 minute drive from the property. Two mile round trip walk that is very enjoyable.

The room was very nice. The staff was very nice.

For the cost; the staff, room, view and breakfast was an amazing deal! The staff was so welcoming and friendly, the room was so clean and fresh, the balcony was a good size for 2 people to relax on, the views from the room and down on the grounds was stunning and when it came to bedtime, I slept so well because it was so quiet and the beds were so comfortable!

That I wasn't staying longer...will definitely be back!

Pay the extra little bit of money for the ocean view rooms! They're renovated, comfy and the view is awesome.

It’s in a beautiful location right on the water and just minutes from downtown Rockport. It’s very accessible and great for a stop on a road trip.

It wasn’t super clean and there was a bad smell in the main area where you check in and they serve breakfast. Also the air conditioning in the room was very loud, making it almost impossible to sleep with it on.

I did not realize that "no view of water" meant NO window! The room felt very enclosed.

For $191, I expected better coffee and better breakfast items. They were like a cheap motel would offer.

The room was clean and comfortable. We had a great view of the water. The property had outside seating to enjoy the views and the outdoors. Breakfast was nice and there was seating on the deck or inside with large windows facing the water.

million dollar view of sunrise and bay from room clean, just perfect great breakfast to get going loved it, stayed two nites Namaste indian take out restaurant there, great!
