Did a short weekend getaway to Knoxville with our dogs. The hotel was dog friendly and was able to accommodate our room request to make our dogs less stressful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Loved having a small kitchenette in our room. Breakfast was good and had a great selection of items to choose from. Location was great and had a lot of stuff near by. Even though it’s located next to the interstate- I didn’t find it distracting or loud. Staff was great and super friendly. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!

The room was ok. There was a bug on the window sill, the shower was dirty under the shower doors and the pull out sofa was the worst! Breakfast wasn't anything great either for the amount of money I paid for each night. Probably will never stay in Home2 Suites again. Sorry!!

Good clean room. Friendly, wonderful staff. Breakfast was not so great. Could have eaten better at Waffle House. 😫. Other than that we had a great stay. Overnight trip for my mother's surgery.

Young lady at the front desk soooo sweet helpful and accommodating to my family and I with two babies. I just love this place, always a great stay!!

Super nice staff. Clean comfy rooms. So many choices on the free breakfast bar and always love the free parking. No hidden fees!

Hotel location was convenient but the hotel was not kept clean. Breakfast was also not stocked and the girl working there didn’t seem to care.

This day the room was nice except for dirty dishes that were stored away the fridge freezer inside was dirty and the sink was stopped up no trash can was not in kitchen area but overall the stay was great!! Guest service was excellent

This was the first time we have stayed at a Home2 Suites hotel and we were extremely happy with this place. Most hotel rooms are too crammed for us since we are a family of 5 but this place was fantastic!!!
The gentleman checking us in(his name began with an H) was extremely polite and informative. When we asked him a few questions, it was nice to actually get some detailed answers and suggestions.
The breakfast was much better than your typical "breakfast included" servings.

We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area.
About the motel: It is very convenient to both I75 and U Tenn (15 min from the building we were meeting at). There is a Kroger 2 minutes away, many restaurants within the same distance.
About the service: Thank you Dave! You are an excellent manager. I called Home2Suites the day before to confirm the reservation and the fact that I paid and added my CC to the incidentals in case the friend who was staying with me with her working dog got there before me. He took care of me, was at the desk at 4pm when I checked in, was very friendly and accepting that we would have our working dogs with us in the room. Checked with us to make sure everything was good with our room.
Our room, albeit on the 5th floor, (with dogs we always prefer 1st floor but the dogs are used to elevators so that was no big deal) was HUGE! It was clean, the bedding was comfortable. The kitchen was what we needed since we went to Kroger and got food to cook while we were there. The best part of the bedding was the pillows. There was a hard, medium and soft pillow. I'm a soft pillow person so having what I need is priceless.
\We will be booking again at Home2Suites West even though we won't have our dogs with us.
