Great hotel. Very clean. Comfortable room and bed. Super lounging area with pool table and Foosball table.

I came here for a work trip. The room was very small, the bed was horrible! The worst hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. I guess all TRU hotels only have platform beds therefore it was like I was sleeping on a board. I got minimal sleep while there due to that and was not prepared for my work trip because of lack of sleep. Running to my chiropractor as soon as they open once I’m home.
Breakfast was great, lobby was a blast. The customer service was great.
Rated it so low because the entire point of this hotel was to sleep while on a work trip and that didn’t happen.

Beds and pillows were comfortable and rooms were very clean. Staff was amazing. Left my purse downstairs at breakfast and they returned it completely as I left it.

At the time I booked this hotel, it was rated 5 stars/Exceptional. Staff were super nice, breakfast was good/average hotel breakfast. My biggest complaint is about the beds. They were so hard and uncomfortable! I stay in a lot of hotels and have never had a problem but these beds were horrible. Will not be back.

This is a bare bones place. No closet, just a short piece of pipe and hooks on the wall. No microwave — had to heat my burrito with the iron. Pump shampoo and body wash, which is okay, but no lotion and a lot of us need lotion after driving all day.
