It was Ok. Prices are inflated because it is at the ocean. The buffett was ok and as stated by clerk.

The hotel was ok, the beds were fine, breakfast was ok, but it’s the little things that influenced my score. The ice machine on our floor was broken. The washer on our floor was broken, so we had to go to the fifth floor. The lady at the desk who sold us the quarters told us the dryer was $1, but it was $2, so I had to go back down to get more quarters. I went to the pool, but couldn’t get back into the hotel with my key because the door was broken (some nice traveler let me back in). I met a guy on the elevator who warned me to check my credit card as the hotel had double charged him.

The washer on our floor was broken, so we had to go to the fifth floor. The lady at the desk who sold us the quarters told us the dryer was $1, but it was $2, so I had to go back down to get more quarters. I went to the pool, but couldn’t get back into the hotel with my key because the door was broken (some nice traveler let me back in). Our stay was below average. I rate it a 3 because the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the lake behind the hotel with turtles and a crocodile! We stayed 7 nights. The internet was awful. Streaming Netflix almost rarely worked for us. Every time we turned on the TV we needed to reset the TV to get sound. The staff was nice. They ended up swapping our tv out without telling us or following up. The GM suggested that I call the third party streaming service to troubleshoot connectivity within the hotel. I recommend the hotel for a short-stay only. Our room was supposed to be cleaned every other day. It got cleaned 1x during our stay. On top of all this we were placed in a room that was different from what we booked because the hotel said ‘they sold our room’ before we arrived! Thanks nice staff.

I enjoyed my stay. It's in walking distance of the beach. It took less than 5 minutes to walk to the beach. The hotel in very quiet and the staff is extremely nice. Pool and spa was wonderful also.

Nice place to stay off the beach, friendly and helpful staff. The doors on the first floor were a little warped and required some extra force to open and close for ours and our families rooms. Overall a nice place while in town for a wedding, and once again the staff was great.

I enjoyed my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was pretty tasty and hotel was close to a lot of stores. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is nice. On 5th floor water pressure in shower not good. Bed to hard for my taste. Breakfast didnt have scrambled eggs. Two containers of biscuits and sausage. Staff was friendly. Good location.
