Hotel was basic but what we needed as we were just travelling through - man at reception was extremely helpful though hence higher rating for service.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and overall, my experience was positive. One of the notable aspects was its location, which I found to be far from Colmar center but the positive thing that I had a car because there was no transportation nearby

Had a great stay here. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very basic but has all you need in a good location in the city and the front desk is really helpful.

Nice staff, comfortable basic rooms in a cute city central to everything. It's definitely not fancy but if you just need a comfortable, clean place to stay with comfortable beds as a base for exploring the Alsace region, I highly recommend.

Comfortable base for my trip in the Alsace region. Clean, had everything I needed, beds were cosy, staff was nice, location was good.

No English spoken. Room had a wall lamp hanging by the electrical wires, no hook on wall for shower, no toilet roll holder. Awful rubberised sheet on bed, remote for tv faulty.

Not too bad place has clean rooms. Looked at breakfast didn't like what we saw so turned it down. Doesn't look great outside but has secure parking

Clean room. No air conditioner so quite hot in summer time. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Secure car park once you knew how to get in. Lovely, friendly staff.

Good location and very good prices. Great staff, especially the guy who was on late at night - very helpful and friendly.
