Awesome stay. The staff was wonderful, they went above and beyond our expectations. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful whenever we inquired about fun activities to try. Breakfest was delicious and there was plenty of food to select from. Thanks to the great staff the hotel was very clean, our room as looked new when we got back fro exploring. Full disclosure, we received a room upgrade with a huge balcony facing the ocean. Seeing the sunset from this view is unforgettable. In conclusion, this was one the best hotels I've ever stayed at. I will be letting my friends and family back home know about this place. If you plan on vacationing in Phu Quoc, I highly recommend staying at Seashells hotel and spa. I can't wait to visit here again in the future!! and once again a big thank you to the staff for making our vacation extra special.

Beautiful resort, with spectacular views. Very clean spacious rooms. Although staff cant speak English they were friendly and helpful. Pool area large, but music at pool bar far to LOUD. When we asked the manager to turn it down, they apologised and said they were trying to attract more people to the bar. But all it did was get rid of the paying customers.

Staff were super helpful and very nice. My son lost his Apple watch, they found if and gave it back to him. Before we left the hotel, they prepared breakfast and gave it to us for the plane.

We loved the ocean view from our room, it’s gorgeous. The room is a good size although I’m not a big fan of the all glass sided bathroom. They do however have curtain panels but from the outside looking in you can still see the silhouette

Staff just stand with no welcome smile and just stare at guest…. Totally not achieve 4-5 stars hotel.. very disappointed

First, in the lobby the air conditioning wasn’t on until they see more guests in the lobby. They will have air conditioning on 2nd, the toilet seat was terrible, when you sat on the toilet, the seat was moved from side to side. Either too loose or seat was broken for our room 1433. The toilet paper roller always dropped on the floor when you pulled the toilet paper. It was annoying I have to hold the toilet paper roll in order to pull the paper. 3. Unable to swim at the beach, because all rocks. End up we have to swim at the pool.

Great location in town walking distance to the night market and the free shuttle from/to airport was an added bonus. The facilities were clean and overall I was quite happy with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was generally satisfactory although more catered to Western pallets (could have had more local Vietnamese cuisine). The seafood buffet was a little bit of a let down as the seafood wasn't great but the Wagyu beef dinner available on alternating days was better, though a little more expensive than the seafood buffet.

It was clean beautiful place and very good buffet breakfasts but after showering water run out and get wet so far pretty good
