Check in lady was nice but had trouble checking us in. As soon as we got to room the tv would not work. Error message was on the screen. I called the front desk and someone came right up to take care of the problem. In casino we had to wait and no one ever came around to see if we wanted drinks. We went up to a worker and requested he send someone to us. By the time we gout our drinks mine was not what I ordered. In one of the restaurants (the one that you need reservations for and I didn’t know it, we were able to be seated. They had 2 specials one was ox tail and the other was a seafood platter for 2 for $65. After we ordered the seafood platter and drinks the waitress finally came out to tell us that they were out of the seafood platter although I saw at least one person get it brought to their table. Drinks took so long to get. The gumbo was to spicy to easy as was the blackened catfish that we ended up getting. Our waitress was to busy taking care of another table that she seem to know them well! We did not leave a tip. Unless things change we will not be back as I had to pay $265 plus the $50 that will be returned. My room was not a comp room!!

Evidently the shuttle to the casino was no longer offered andwe werenot alertedof this. The cable tv was out the entire time - supposedly because of weather. AND there were several cars parked on the stripes next to the handicap parking.

Hotel is across the street and not attached to casino. TV was broken, chest was broken and tables were very dusty. It was kind of ick. Husband and I came home with itchy bites on our ankles; what is that fleas? Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

CALLED FOR DELIVERY OF TOWELS FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY STAY AND COFFEE AND CUPS. DID NOT GET ALL THE ITEMS AS REQUESTED. IN FUTURE WILL AVOID THIS HOTEL.

The staff was not very friendly & our friends room had roaches in it. We will definitely not be staying there again.

We were under the impression that the casino was part of the hotel which is not correct. Casino was across the road and had to be driven to.

We arrived to the hotel we booked, a casino here in Vicksburg Mississippi, and it was disgusting. Looked nothing like the pictures, had no sheet on the bed, the chair was stained and had cigarette holes, it looked like something was smeared on the wall and gnats were flying around the room etc... We left the key in the room and walked out, loaded up the car and found another hotel

We were able to get a last minute deal and enjoyed our stay. Comfy room and didn't hear too much noise from the hall, even though our room was right off the elevator.

I had a couple of complaints. First is that it doesnt say they charge you for a $50 deposit for the room. Ok no big deal its only $50 but they give you no recipt of what you paid which makes it difficult if for some reason you don't get it back. They also make it look like its right up against the water. It says they have coffee and breakfast when in fact they do not have coffee and breakfast. It wasn't worth the $80 it cost when i could have stayed down the street for $50 and got coffee and breakfast
