The hotel is well located ,specially if you are in to discover Deira shops and markets and local shops its very close to eceryplace ,very central ,the staff are really welcoming and polite, we had a breakfast also you find everything you need

Excellent, best place for family. Location is on the opposite of small park where you can enjoy the air because that is spring time and surrounds of high rise buildings. Simple breakfast, nice staff and comfortable room with sofa bed. Near metro station, chinese market, kfc, baskin and robbins and mcdonalds. Surely this will be our hotel again for the next time of staycation in Dubai.

It’s a good hotel that needs maintenance and maybe renovation. Was shocked when I was asked to pay for tourism tax ☹️☹️

Big rooms, high ceilings. Buffet breakfast included. Close to Metro station and airport. Plenty of supermarkets nearby. Friendly staff. Good price. Definitely want to stay here again.

The hotel itself is good and clean. Staff were very kind and courteous. Breakfast had long waiting times and was very chaotic once seated. The neighbourhood is quite rough and may not be to everyone’s liking, definitely not kid-friendly. On the plus side, it’s very convenient for access to the the souks and old town of Dubai.

The location is good if you want to visit the local Bazars. We’ve been staying at this hotel almost every year since it’s opening and have seen the quality of service and conditions of the rooms deteriorate significantly. Wasn’t too happy with our last visit.

The hotel is in a good location, close to public transport, the receptionists are exceptional, especially Jennifer and the young man in a white shirt whose name I don't remember, and the room cleaning staff is commendable.

Great hotel with good service and easy walkable to shopping and restaurants. Parking in front and finding a taxi can be challenging since there is no proper place for taxi to park. It’s like in the middle of moving traffic that driver has to stop to drop off and pick up.
Over all service was good. Great staff and very helpful. Good breakfast is included that really helps.

We always select Hayat Place Baniyas Square whenever we are in Dubai. Its the perfect spot and most importantly amazing service. Every person we have intracted with have been so polite and very helpful which is rare to find.
Jennifer the receptionists was amazing and so helpful to check us in. Would definitely recommend. Before we could ask for anything the hotel staff would have already assisted us. Amazing stay.

It's in the center of old town Dubai close to metro and airport, rooms are big but can use some new furniture and carpeting, despite my trying to change multiple times I could not get the temperature more then 18 C and water in the shower is very hot maybe its Dubai thing, breakfast was good
