Kind staff and good food

This was our fifth visit to the island of Ischia, and we loved the hotel. The hotel staff were fantastic and the quality of the food was excellent. The restaurant manager and his team are absolutely first class. There is a great selection of wines available. The room was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed including a great air conditioning unit and mini-fridge. There is ample seating both inside and outside the hotel and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and in the gardens. The outside pool is a heated saltwater pool and the indoor thermal pool was around 36 degrees with a number of jets to massage aching joints. The location is perfect and when you want to explore there are bus stops and taxis outside of the hotel. We booked our transfers through the hotel and everything worked seamlessly. We'll be returning next year

Not a 4 stars quality Very strict rules The breakfast buffet is basic and not worth the price Overall this hotel service is more on a three stars standards than a four.

An excellent hotel for all age groups. Nice pool with poolside bar, excellently situated for shops, beach, transport. They have their own minibus to take you to a lovely beach cove and thermal spa at various times of the day.They have a very good full board price (but that means you would have to stick around or be back to the hotel for lunch)or just b & b. We ate there some evenings and food very good. Waiters and staff very eager to please. Unfortunately, if you do not speak Italian, then it is difficult to get information as the English of the main receptionist is apparently non existent. This made it awkward for us at times because our Italian was worse than basic and we were given wrong information - or none at all.
