Bad Experience. Room was Dusty, Balcony was Dirty, Power Points were Broken, Lots of Scratches in the Furniture.
I asked for Ginger Tea. It was over Boiled and No taste of Ginger.

Forced to stay in a smoking room when the hotel knew I wanted non-smoking, downgraded room type and from high floor to lowest! Because they had high demand, I faced the downside!
Staff were apologetic, but that dies not take away from the service failure.

Property needs some updates. The staff is not well trained. Many items on in room dining menu are not available. Service in restaurants is slow and sloppy. Restaurant options are limited

No proper guidance from security staff when i drived in, had to take a de tour. Car was taken to parking before i could take out the luggage.
I had half board as part of my stay, still waited around 10 minutes for restaurant staff to confirm, which they did going to checkin lobby before they let me go after dinner. Not sure what legacy software they use, as these details are not shared.
Toilet accessories need refurbishment.
While checkout time is 12 PM, i was locked out by 11 55 only.
Felt that dinner is good and breakfast not up to the mark.

It's a nice hotel to stay in. I usually stay here whenever I'm in Bengaluru. Of late, service at Cubbon Pavilion is lacking a bit. You order food or hot drinks at breakfast and they tend to forget and you are having to chase several times. This is the only complaint I have.

Lovely ITC Gardenia has outstanding staff who provide excellent service from the moment you arrive. Wonderful breakfast. In house restaurants are superb. Pool & workout area. On this visit housekeeping staff Kavya and Tetei were especially outstanding. I highly recommend ITC Gardenia for everyone.

Enjoyed our stay, staff is very hospitable and aim to please. Breakfast buffet is excellent. Japanese restaurant is awsome.

It’s 20 plus years old property need upgrades their phones system is of date their toilet flushing is John Wayne time and the cafeteria for breakfast needs immediate improvement

Very serious incident happened a after we arrived went to visit a friend and was trying to reach our room a stranger got into our elevator without room key and got our floor 34 and when questioned he was flabbergasted
We quickly went in to our room and locked
What if had knife and taken us to our robbed us and threatened not inform anyone
This was an usual situation and hotel security and front office staff to be more careful and alert

Despite of willingness to serve well, the staff failed again. IRD is too slow. No one picks up phone at IRD and Concierge. Restaurant for bf is a total disaster in managing the the number of guests. It is almost a chaos. 50 min I spent there waiting for few ordered items which never arrived. Small issues in room etc…

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty! A beautiful hotel with amazing amenities. Very impressed with their “green” initiatives such as refillable glass bottles for drinking water, no plastic bags or accessories. 5 stars ⭐️ all the way!
